Remember Tomlinson broke the record for receptions for a RB in a season. Thats never going to be Fournette.
I wasn't comparing the two at all. Two totally different running styles.
I do disagree with you though about the pass catching drills. He is not a natural pass catcher, but he has the tools to be a three down back no doubt about it. He just hasn't been asked to catch a lot of balls.
He can perform as well as Frank Gore did as a pass catcher. Frank was under used in that regard as well. Can he block as well? IMO no one has been a better third down pass protection back than Frank gore in the history of the NFL, but i think he can learn to be an efficient third down back for pass protection as well.
