2.2--Takkarist McKinley, OLB, UCLA: Line him up and tell him to chase the QB. His get off and motor are incredible. He has the quick twitch you want to see in a pass rusher. He is not refined at this point, but I see that as upside and room to grow. His arms are looooong (Im still shaking out the Baalke cobwebs). Overall, just a really talented LEO with great measurables and production.
TRADE: 49ers trade 3.2 + 4.2 to Dolphins for 2.22
2.22--Cordrea Tankersly, CB, Clemson: Has the size Im looking for in a CB, and plays the ball extremely well. I love his toughness. While not a burner, in the new cover 3 I think he fits great. Able to jolt WRs with his punch off the line and knock them off their route. Great in run support, and his athleticism is under-rated. I think he will be a star.
4.37--Josh Malone, WR, Tennessee: Great size (6'3) and good enough hands to give defenses fits. He has good straight line speed too. Route running needs refinement, but I see some TO in his game. I think he is flying under the radar to this point, but would give the Niners some needed size on the outside.
5.2--Adam Bisnowaty, OT, Pittsburg: Has great size (6'6, 300) and is an agile big man. He shows a little bit of a nasty streak too, with dancing bear qualities. Bisno is a beast with good strength and anchor. Kept the WZ darling Nate Peterman clean all year.
5.17--KD Cannon, WR, Baylor: Dude has a blazing start to his routes off the snap. Has good size as well (6'0). His quickness is elite. Not a natural pass catcher, but makes a ton of big plays. He will need to work on expanding his game and route tree, but he has good potential.
6.2--De'Angelo Henderson, RB, Coastal Carolina: Short, compact RB with pass catching skills. Seems to align perfectly with what Shanny asks of his RBs. Nice one-cut ability and vision with zone blocking. He runs hard between the tackles, and doesn't shy away from contact. He has a strong build, even with being only 5'7. Doesnt have blazing top end speed, but enough to bust big gains.
6.18--Zane Gonzalez, K, Arizona State: Dude holds a ton of PAC-12 records for kicking. Holds the FBS record for career makes at 96. Experienced leg.
7.1--Josh Tupou, DT, Colorado: Here is a 1-tech if there has ever been one. Tupou is a behemoth of a man, and is an immovable object. He will occupy two blockers on virtually every snap.
