Draft trade 1: #2,#219 & 2018 6th to CLE(they get Trubisky) for 1-12, 2-1(33rd),4-1(108) and 1st and 4th in 2018
Moneyball only lose 1 pick this year and next.
Draft trade2: #12 to TB for 1-19, 3-20(84th) and 2018 3rd (they get Winston's ex-teammate Dalvin Cook)
Draft trade 3: Trade #66 and #143 to CLE (yes moneyball gets a pick back) for pick #52 (we get KAmara)
Draft trade 4: With Philly missing out on LF(pick #4 to JAX) and McCaff( pick #8 to CAR) and Cook (pick #12 to TB)
we Trade Hyde to Philly for Jordan Matthews at the end of Day 2. With us taking Kamara, Hyde was expendable.
#19 Charles Harris DE Mizzou (LEO)
#33 Nathan Peterman QB Pitt
#34 Budda Baker FS Wash
#52 Alvin Kamara RB Tenn
#84 Ahkello Witherspoon CB COL
#108 Elijah Lee LB Kan st. (Will/Mike)
#109 Jordan Leggett TE CLEM
#146 Chad Hansen WR CAL
#161 Keion Adams DE/OLB (SAM)
#198: Jalen Reeves-Maybin LB TENN (will/mike)
#202: Elijah McGuire ULL
The more i think of Shanny say he wants all his QB's the same, the more i feel it's going to be Peterman. I almost had us taking him at #19. If that's his guy take him. Plus the 5th year option everyone clamors about. It was Harris at #19 and Peterman #33 or Peterman #19 and hope McKinley is at #33. Guaranteeing myself harris was worth that 5th year option.
In a perfect World Cordrea Tankersley is there at #84 but Witherspoon is nothing to sneeze at.
So roster analysis:
DLINE: a NT away on Dline in base but should be fine in nickel (70% of the time)
LB: Lee and Maybin can learn behind Smith and Bow until either is ready to take over
Secondary: Secondary should be fine especially if Redmond comes back the way he can. Could move Ward back to CB
OL: unchanged
RB: add more speed and 2 pass catching RB's we can split out.
WR: Offense Lacking True #1 but adding Matthews, Hansen and Leggett should help the passing game.
TE: again add more speed and can split Leggett out wide.
We'd still have holes but a very nice foundation all the way around. Especially with extra 1st, 3rd & 4th in 2018 draft
Here are some possible UDFA we could make a priority to help add depth. Especially the OL.
possible UDPFA
Seth Russell QB Baylor
RJ Nitti QB Bucknell
Chad Williams Wr Gram st.
Jesseman Dunker OG tenn. st.
Corey Levin OG Chatt.

Harris is pretty early, and Peterman is WAY early. I like your trade downs, and logic, but not for who we pick up.

would love nothing more than to go Cunningham/baker at 33/34 but i truly believe we get our QB top of the 2nd. Whoever it may be. I see them as get your guy and get out of there kind of guys not a wait and see what happens. They made no bones about wanting to find a QB.
Outside of Trub and Mahomes Peterman only other QB i hope we hitch our wagon to. Better a round too early than a pick too late

I hear you Kriz, but that's just way to early on Peterman. We don't HAVE TO draft a QB this year. We have 2 right now, and FA always has bodies that we could put on the PS or have as a 3rd QB. Our team has many holes, and REACHING that early in the draft to me isn't wise. We can get great talent at 33, or trade it away for a 1st next year, and like a 3rd or 4th in this years draft. I think Peterman will be there for our 3rd round pick easily, and if Shanahan likes him that much, then I'm fine taking him then, but not the 1st pick in the 2nd round.

I understand your point. And truth be told if Peterman isn't our QB I'd prefer to wait til next year. Only 3 QBs I like this year. Trub,Mahomes and Peterman.
I think Peterman fits Kyle's system nearly perfectly. And truly believe he will not make the 3rd round.
But I can understand not everyone being as high on him as me.
With that said I'd be totally fine with Takkarist McKinley/Zach Cunningham/Carl Lawson at 33 and waiting til next year for a QB.
Especially with us having the extra fire power to move up for one if we have to.

Then there's also that big possibility that we sign Cousins to a big deal next off season, thus having Hoyer as the backup is fine with Barkley as the number 3, or we draft a project Qb to start out at #3, but hopefully by his 2nd season makes it easy for us to not need to bring back Hoyer? Lots of options.

Man, you did all that Madden trading, and ended up with a bunch of 72 OVR ratings.

If we get Cleveland's 1st next year, there's no way I take a QB in the first 3 rounds. Their pick might be #1 in 2018, and it will certainly be top 5. We get the top QB we want next year. If Cousins comes over, we trade down for a HUGE bounty, with Darnold, Allen, Rudolph, Rosen, and Falk coming out. Someone's gonna get hyped into the stratosphere.

I agree, if we're able to trade the #2 pick in this years draft for the number 12 and 33 pick this year, +Josh Gordon+2018 1st round pick, I'd be extremely happy.

I'd also be happy if some how Barnett is there for us at 12. Barnett could potentially end up better than Garrett, he already has played better in college against similar competition.
