Well, after the Seattle game, a new mock is needed. This one is wishful thinking.
FA: DeMarcus Lawrence, DE
If hes even going to be available, we will need to break the bank, which means we wont have as much money to spend elsewhere.
Draft:
Trade down with raiders for their two late firsts.
Trade 3 and 2020 3rd for a 2nd.
R1: Byron Murphy, CB
R1: Jachai Polite, ER
R2: Cody Ford, OL
R2: DJ Hockenson, TE

Find some way to turn our 5 picks into Nick Bosa, Jachai Polite, and Justin Layne with our giving up our first 2 picks next year, as they are reserved for some combination of Alaric Jackson, Grant Delpit, and DJ Hockenson.
Maybe trade 2019 2nd, 3rd, 6th and 2020 3rd to move back into the back end of the 1st round.
R1: Nick Bosa, DE
R1: Jachai Polite , ER
R4: Justin Layne, CB
Trade Joshua Garnett for Christian Westerman. Pick up Tyrell Williams, Grady Jarret, CJ Mosely.

Resign Gould,Pinion,Person,Lee.
Cut the overpaid if need be (Gilliam,Marsh,Coyle,Mitchell,Garcon,M.Smith).
Trade A.Armstead for a 3rd.
Dangle BDN and Breida as trade bait, accept no less than a 3rd for each. Their value will never be higher as a 49er IMO.
Sign L.Bell and B.Graham.
Draft J.Allen with 1st, trade back into 1st and draft A.J.Brown.
Redzone offense fixed and pass rush much improved. Kyle needs to admit he needs help, he can only scheme so much. He had A.Johnson and J.Jones in the past. Adding Bell and Brown will give him the talent to put his offense over the top.
Lots of $$$ tied up in RB, but who cares, we need a guy that can score tds. 49ers have 6 rushing TDs in 15 games (including Qbs). Bell would probably double that himself. He would also help us finish games in the 4th quarter when trying to get 1st downs/run clock out. McKinnon will never be that type of back.
Signing E.Thomas would be the cherry on top.

AA would never net a 3rd, tho I'd take that trade in an instant. IMO, Bell isnt worth the money. I am not high on Josh Allen, and no way am I moving back into the 1st for a WR, especially one named AJ Brown.

Allen is better than 2-3 of those guys. I actually like him better than bosa. Bosa can't cover RBS and tes like he can. Why do you prefer Ferrell over Allan?

If Bosa goes #1 OA, I'd look long and hard at Q. Williams. But if a certain trade came our way...
FA:
Shaq Barret, SLB
Grady Jarrett, DT
Tyrell Williams, WR
Robert Quinn, ER
Trades:
2019 #2 OA and 2020 5th for 2019 1st and 2nd, 2020 1st and 2nd.
2019 6th round pick for Christian Westerman, IOL
Soloman Thomas for 2019 3rd
2019 Draft:
R1: Brian Burns/Clelin Ferrell, DE
This one all depends on the combine. If Brian Burns can weigh in between 245 and 255, and still test through the roof, he is the guy. If Clelin Ferrell has a strong combine, answering some athleticism concerns, which I think are overblown, then he is the guy. He don't have many picks, so even though I like Jachai Polite more than either of them, I need the 3 down player.
R2: Devin Bush, LB
I like Elijah Lee, but Bush is an animal. Him, Warner, and Lee is a nice little LB room.
R2: Dalton Risner, OG/OT
He will play along the interior for us.
R3: Nasir Adderley, FS
Screw signing another Seattle player, draft our FS instead.
R3: Erik McCoy, C
Takes over for Richburg if he doesnt get healthy and improve.
R4: Justin Layne, CB
Sleeper CB of the draft, you heard it here first.
