Cold lazy Saturday mock

With the draft I'll go quality over quantity. I'm making the assumption that the Raiders will have a mid-1st round pick, minimal salary cap and will be desperate to trade down to get extra, cheaper players signed since they'll have some cap cuts.

1a. Minkah Fitzpatrick, CB/FS. A total stud at either position. He becomes your #1 CB across from Witherspoon and if 49ers move on from Ward next year he can slide over to FS or remain at CB if Colbert shows he can start at FS. I have the 49ers resigning Donte Johnson for experienced depth.
1b. Quenton Nelson, OG. It may not happen but my thinking is an OG doesn't get drafted in the Top Ten so he will drop to the Raiders pick. 49ers give up their three picks in rounds 2 and 3.

49ers won't use all their salary cap, but Garappolo gets the franchise tag

Resign: Garappolo, Hyde, Tank, Coyle, DJ.
FA: Davante Adams, WR, Weston Richburg, C, Tyrell Williams, WR. Williams is a restricted free agent but won't get the 2nd round tender so 49ers would overpay a bit to keep the Chargers from matching. Since he was an UDFA the original round tender does not apply.
Lose/Cut: Reid, Kilgore, Fusco, Lynch, Robinson, Burbridge, Beadles, Gilliam

QB is set; RB I decided Barkley wasn't worth that high of a pick, so I went with Hyde. Big changes on the OL, with Garnett, Richburg, Nelson as the likely interior starters. Darrell Williams becomes the swing tackle with Magnuson as an emergency tackle. Magnuson-Tomlinson are the interior depth. 49ers will probably look for a late round or UDFA OT.

Adams-Garcon-Taylor and Goodwin-Williams adds a lot more firepower to the passing game than the 2017 group of WRs. Bourne-Boldin round out the WR corps.

LEO position is not addressed, so Saleh will go with the rotation Thomas, Dumervil, Blair, with Tank the primary at big DE. We'll see one more year of Harold at SAM and Smith takes the WILL role. The front 7 should improve with experience and the improved secondary will also help.

Starters in the secondary: Witherspoon/Fitzpatrick, Ward/Tartt and Williams in the nickel.

You'd have to trade back with our first pick to make this happen. Raiders aren't giving up their first round pick for what is essentially three 3rd rounders. They should be in win now mode, and they need impact players in their secondary, linebacker corps, and interior DL. Also, imo, we can't go into year 2 of a rebuild filling only 2 holes in the draft.

This...trade makes no sense and while I love Nelson as a nasty OG I'm not giving up 2nd and two 3rds for a OG.

Why not just sign a top end DB in FA like T Johnson? Seems like a great fit here. Move down with a team that wants a QB or Barkley, grab Nelson and use those extra picks to move around for players of need.

Honestly I wouldn't hate going after Conner Williams Dude is a stud OT but has been banged up a little this yr. could possibly play him at OG ( if he's strong enough) while joe holds down LT for a couple yrs.

As long as we have a top 3 pick we have options

Raiders don't look like a win-now team. I see 8-8 and no cap room. They're going to need to trade down to replace their cap cuts.

Admit it man, haha, no team will trade a 1st round pick for 3 3rds
