Drafting this guy in the 5th would be the perfect situation for us to prepare for life after Staley. He's a low risk, high reward pick at the end of the 4th. He could learn the small school to NFL life from someone who has been there before. This film is ridiculous. I've never seen a guy consistently pancake his matchup in a single half. That what you would expect NFL talent to do at that level. Now we gotta get him experience on how to handle someone on his own level. Best case scenario, Staley mentors him through the rookie rough patches and we're set at LT for another decade.
