NFL Draft:
We trade down from 9-10 to say #22 with the Bills who also give us their second round pick..
22nd Overall: Harold Landry, OLB, Boston College: PERFECT Sam OLB
Then we move up from the Bills 2nd rd pick and also trade a 4th rd pick this year and next year.
In the 27-35 Range we select Issiah Wynn, OG-OT-C, Georgia. I really like this kid, he would be a great fit in this scheme and is a very versatile player who I think will be a pro bowl guard.
Our 2nd Rd pick (from Saints) We select Rashaan Evans, LB, Alabama: Really like this kid. A very good football player. He can play MLB, Will LB and even a little SAM.
Our 3rd rd pick (from Bears): J.C Jackson, CB, Maryland: Very talented, pure cornerback. This kid is as talented as any corner in the draft and I think he will be right there with Joshua Jackson as the best corners to come out of this draft.
Our Own 3rd rd pick: Auden Tate, WR, Florida State: Gives us a big (6'5" 225pd) talented WR that we are lacking. Really high upside and will make an impact right away as a red zone target.
5th rd pick: Running Back..... Rashaad Penny, Akrum Wadley or Royce Freeman...
6th rd pick: Brian O'Neil, OT, Pittsburgh
7th rd pick: Adam Breneman, TE, UMass
Free Agency:
Sign either Ezekiel Ansah or Robert Quinn.
Make a really hard push for Allen Robinson. Otherwise I think we have to settle/take a chance on a guy like Terrell Pryor or Marquise Lee.
Sign at least One real solid interior offensive lineman.... Justin Pugh is #1 on my wish-list. I don't think we will pay big bucks to get a guy like Andrew Norwell. I could see us going after a Marshall Yanda at a reasonable price. Jake Mewhort from the Colts is a name to keep an eye out for as well.
Sign a Cornerback.... Kyle Fuller is the guy I really want and I love Truimaine Johnson but I don't think we will get either. A guy like Aaron Colvin, Darqueeze Dennard or Rashaan Melvin is more likely IMO
Sign Issiah Crowell, RB, Browns.

Moncrief is another guy worth keeping an eye on. In fact, I think he will probably end up being the FA WR we sign... Big guy, young, not to expensive....2yrs $9mill.... Could be another Marquise Goodwin type signing for us.

Updated Mock with trades
We Trade down from #9 with Buffalo and get their #21 & #22 picks and we also trade a third rd pick next year and Jimmy Ward.
21st Pick: Harold Landy, OLB, Boston College: An absolute perfect fit as our SAM OLB in our scheme. I think he will be a Bruce Irvin type player and even better in our style defense. 8-10 sacks a year. I really like this kid.
22nd Pick: Issiah Wynn, OG-OT, Georgia or Billy Price, OG-C, Ohio State: Can't go wrong with either guy. I love both guys but I am really, really high on Wynn. I think he will be a pro bowl type guard who can also play some Tackle if needed. Billy Price is a 10 year anchor on your offensive line similar to Nick Mangold.
Second Round Pick: Connor Williams, OT, OTexas
Third Round Pick: Auden Tate, WR, Florida State
Third Round Pick: Rashaad Penny, RB, San Diego State
Fourth Round Pick: J.C Jackson, CB, Maryland
Fifth Round Pick: Oren Burks, ILB, Vanderbilt

You think Williams who some have regarded as the best LT in the draft will drop to the bottom of the 2nd. I can't see that happening especially after the combine.
I also can't see the bills giving up both 1st to move up for probably the 3rd or 4th qb on th board.
