Crowell? Why? over the cap is saying he's gonna command like $6.5 million a yr, f**k no especially when you have us getting mitchel (who's will not be there at 58).

Burton I like but he's gonna get at minimum what Gresham got (4 yrs $28 million) our TEs are fine unless you're cutting celek.

Norwell is gonna be he highest paid OG in the league this yr and imo he's not an ideal fit for the system. I can't see kyle/lynch spending for him.

Love the Ziggy and Fuller pickups, IMO I hope this is who we spend big bucks on. I like Richburg, he's still gonna get paid regardless of injuries. At this point if we can't get Jensen, I'm fine with bringing back Kilgore cheap and drafting a center.

Like the guys you targeted in the draft, you touched on it but I don't see any way how mitchel or Davis are available where you have us getting them.

Thanks for the mock a ton can change!

Why in the s**t is Zane Beadles still on the team? - He can play all five positions on the offensive line (poorly but at least he can - he wasn't atrocious filling in for TB late in the year). That versatility is valuable if you only suit up 7 linemen on game day.

Crowell? Why? over the cap is saying he's gonna command like $6.5 million a yr, f**k no especially when you have us getting mitchel (who's will not be there at 58). - Over the cap is flat out wrong...that would make him the 6th highest paid RB in the NFL. I can see Hyde getting that on the open market. I don't think Crowell gets more than $4m and I expect him to get less than that. I know Michel might not be there, and it may require a trade up. I'd be ecstatic for him or Ronald Jones.

Burton I like but he's gonna get at minimum what Gresham got (4 yrs $28 million) our TEs are fine unless you're cutting celek. - He definitely could get a contract like that. It will be in the $5-8m range, hopefully closer to $5m than $8m. I'd really consider giving that to him. I think our TE's are well below average and he'd be a really interesting cog in Kyle's offense due to his versatility.

If we improve both guard spots (FA acquisition + Garnett), I think we could survive with Kilgore at C. He has started on some decent o-lines in the past.

Beadles is due to make 4.5 million this year. There is no way he is back with that contract.

As for our TE's...I don't think you are giving George Kittle enough respect. He was lights out in the 2nd half. 43 receptions for 515 yards and 12 YPC is phenomenal for a 5th round pick. I see no reason why he can't put up 65/800/6 with Jimmy G and I can't see us spending 4 or 5 mil a year on a #2 TE unless he is a phenomenal blocker which is what Shanahan wants.

That's why you draft a center...Price/Welsh/Ragnow/Wynn are all studs and can play in kyles ZBS.

Richburg is a walking injury, dude missed 11 games because of concussions this yr.

Due, beadles did NOT play well when brown got hurt, we could have had a road cone at RT and it would have been better. No one cares if you can play all 5 positions if you're crappy at all of them. He's making over $4 million in 2018 lol just robbing SF also he was a Baalke guy not this staff...Erik Magnuson can play multiple positions and can't be any worse than beadles and he only costs $500k.

I mean you can say he's wrong but their job at OTC is to evaluate teams cap space and contracts...they're pretty well respected. Here's the article.

No way he gets less than $4 million.

Only way I see SF spending money on a TE is if we drop celek. Burton would be solid as a pass catcher, just looking at his PFF stats he was pretty poor at run-blocking and Kyle likes his TEs to be able to block as well.

Just critiquing.
Isaiah Crowell is a terrible back

How do you know Magnuson can play multiple positions? Looks like he only played RT in college.

I can't see Norwell coming here, tbh. He'll have options that will all be offering > $12M/yr. Why would he choose a bad schematic fit? Even if we pay more, he'd likely receive less after taxes.

He projected to G at the draft. The 49ers played him at C, G, T in TC and PS, IIRC.

He had starting experience at RG and RT in college and took snaps at C in training camp.

No I don't see him coming here either

Agree
Norwell doesn't fit and is going to get paid left tackle money. Doubt we pursue him.

And Beadles, yeah he's awful. We keep Fusco over Beadles all day. If anything i think we pursue Ryan Jensen. Shanny like vets.
