Switch Braden Smith in 2nd and put Duke in the 3rd

Nice job doe.
I like a lot of what you put into this... I'm curious though....what makes you think that Buffalo will trade up? If they do decide to do that, to me it seems they would want to go higher (like pick 5). Don't get me wrong...I actually would like the Niners to trade back. I'm just not so sure they will be able to.

As far as your roster decisions, I like the majority of them. I don't agree with retaining Donte Johnson. I can't see the team resigning him. I also think the Niners will make an effort to retain Tank, and perhaps Fusco and Douzable (all as depth pieces). The rest of the cuts and FA losses I agree with.

I also think many of your FA additions are well thought out and relatively plausible. Projecting an offensive lineman FA to this team is difficult because of Shanahan's system (which requires all of the OL-men to really move). I do agree however, that center will be a priority FA signing for the team and it will be very interesting to see who the team likes best to anchor the new line next season.

Also, I like your draft picks quite a bit. There is a lot of talent there. However, given the gaping holes the team has at CB, pass rusher, and OG, I can't see the team spending a first or second round draft pick on a RB, unless they absolutely LOVE the player. To me, it seems more likely they will sign a FA RB and then draft another one in the third or fourth round. This is presuming of course, they don't trade up or down or sideways.

All of that stated, this is a very nice post overall.
Keep Fusco, let DJ walk. I doubt the Buffalo trade is doable and I am not sure I want to trade down that far. Michel would be vital if we had let Hyde walk. Not sure we will.

In general, I like it.

IF one of the top 4 QBs is there at 9/10 then I can see Buffalo making that trade. Very fair trade in my opinion.

Nice job overall
Love this draft but i do think Duke Ejiofor can be had in the 4th due to his torn labrum and not doing any testing before the draft. I want Wynn badly and Michel who is a top 3 back in this draft.

I think i the TE pick Kate is a waste. Given he depth this draft has at CB, I'd like to see us those picks to add more depth. And maybe a linebacker like tegray scales.

Great job!
What about Arik Armstead?
Duke is dropping now (injury). If we're getting Ziggy I'd like to pair him with a speedy edge guy that's not Dukes game.

Like everything else, I'd rather not move down that far and I can't see the bills moving both 1sts.

Agreed. DJ is history and Fusco was our best interior lineman all last year, even when injured. I also think Tank stays around as he is finally playing in a defense that is a fit for his skill set. The Buffalo trade will only happen if one of the top 4 QB's is still available. Michel is a draft crush and would take him in a heartbeat if he was available. Nice job, overall.

Wasn't aware of Duke's injury. Just need pass rushers and less run stoppers like Tank and Thomas.

I actually had D.J. in the cuts section. I wouldn't mind him back in a backup role for very cheap.

Michel and Wynn have both become my top two targets in this draft. Wynn gives us flexibility if we want to let brown go as I could see him become our future right tackle and Michel is the ideal runningback for us in this scheme and is now my #2 RB. I thought at first he was just playing well because Georgias line is really good but man is he physical and great in open space. Michel could be as physical as Hyde but has none of his negative traits.

We need edge guys. We got the interior pass rush locked down imo.

Well he is not a speed rusher but I think he is an "edge rusher" unlike Thomas. Think how Suggs is slow but can rush off the edge still it's all about flexility and I think he has that.
