Well Steve, you were right. Let's hope he's worth #9, cheers.

1/1 on players so far, SY. I like the rest of your mock, so I hope your streak continues.

Cool your jets dude...you flip flop so much congrats on finally ending up on the right pick. Hopefully he's a stud for years to come.
But don't forget you were also the one in the OLine thread telling the rest of us the OL is fine. Can't have your cake and eat it do.
This was your mock from April 1st...clearly you thought Trent Brown needed to be replaced immediately
1.9- Harold Landry, DE, Boston College
6'3, 252
2.59- Rashaan Gaulden, CB, Tennessee
6'1, 200
3.70- Rasheem Greene, DT, USC
6'5, 275
3.74- Jessie Bates, S, Wake Forest
6'1, 200
4.124- Durham Smythe, TE, Notre Dame
6'5, 260
5.134- Bo Scarborough, RB, Alabama
6'1, 232
6.170- Dorian O'Daniel, LB, Clemson
6'1, 223
7.197- Sam Jones, OG, Arizona State
6'5, 297
7.214- Brett Toth, OT, Army
6'5, 305
You got your last mock right, kudos but leave it at that. You're going around dogging everyone else who didn't agree and acting like you are a wizard. Maybe if the whole offseason you preached the need to improve at RT you'd have a point.

I did and still do like Landry.
But I have been saying for a year that Brown isn't a scheme fit for Shanahan and that he would be kept around until we got a replacement. I just didn't know how we would replace Brown.
As for the Oline thread. I like Trent Brown. He is a very good player. I was mainly saying our Oline in the interior was good even when we had Kilgore when guys were saying we needed to draft 2 guards.

That's fair and once again kudos for getting it right...hopefully it was a great pick for us looking back on this class years from now.
I'm just saying no need to throw other people being wrong in their face. I don't think there is a single one of us on here who has always been spot on on who we're going to draft and none of us have always gotten our favorites.
Hopefully we nail some more starters today to really improve the roster. I'm looking at edge rushers and corners today as far as best value but those guys could go quick. Sucks that New Orleans picked a bad time to be really good and give us a low ass 2nd rounder for a kid who probably would've been amazing in this offense
