Trading Thomas right as we get a proper Leo would really suck but I know your beef with him.

However I'd be rip s**t pissed if we didn't address edge rusher in this draft class. I like Harry as much as the next guy but to spend a fortune in FA on Clowney and Ford(pass rushers cost a fortune) and not draft one to play for "cheap" in this class would be awful.
Pick #34 should be best O-Linemen preferably a guard

Yeah. I thought about one at 34 but then I feel the need to replace Mitchell with a true NT was a bigger need in this scenario when we signed Clowney and Ford.

Mainly I just don't want to spend 4 premium picks on the Dline 4 out of 5 years. It isn't working. We need to address other areas.

Thought about it but Laken and Person have played well this year. Shanahan and this scheme just doesn't value guards.

He needs a center and two tackles and has always found guards
Honestly if we don't draft a rusher, even after signing Clowney, I won't watch next season.

Signed Clowney and Ford. Drafted Gustin in the 3rd. Got a potential 3 down DT in the 2nd.

I might not watch next year if we spend another 1st on the DL.

You can't be like that. Especially if you're ready to get rid of Thomas.

Clowney is a serious injury risk. Ford has played well lately but his first few years in the league weren't that impressive. But just because he is a pass rusher he'll get a fortune. I don't think we'll afford two edge rusher salaries in FA plus with Houston aging I'm not sure KC let's Ford go.

Plus in today's NFL the traditional NT just isn't a huge need to draft early.

I really wanted Phillips because he was a FA and would have given us an upgrade in the middle on all three downs. I think Jones can be very good against the run but not sure he adds anything pass rush wise. I just think it's clear we are not going to address NT with any urgency as I think they are trying to stash Jones for next year.

Honestly, we can't not draft a position of need because we whiffed in the past. If you believe teams shouldn't do this then you believe the Lions drafting Megatron was a mistake.

You don't honestly think Clowney actually hits FA, do you?

They've spent 3 1st on interior DL not edge rushers. I have no idea why people would be upset drafting a pass rusher.

I don't see any WR in this upcoming draft worth a top 3 pick.

I love it. But I'm still worried about our weak oline
