Preliminary 2019 Off-season mock

Just highlighting some major additions via FA and the draft.

Free Agency:

Le'Veon Bell
Devin Funchess
Earl Thomas
Clay Matthews

Draft:

I believe the Raiders will snag Bosa out from under our noses so I say we trade the #2 overall for a good haul and with that good haul we parlay into landing edge rusher Josh Allen and wide receiver K'Neal Harry and then focus on cornerback, offensive line and inside linebacker.

Imagine a skill position lineup like this:

QB: Jimmy Garroppolo
RB: Le'Veon Bell
WR: K'Neal Harry
WR: Marquise Goodwin
WR: Devin Funchess
TE: George Kittle

And then on defense you have a mix of great rookie talent, young players, and savvy veterans:

DeForest Buckner
Fred Warner
Josh Allen
Clay Matthews
Earl Thomas
Richard Sherman

and hopefully the rest like Solomon, Reuben, and others will come around and improve.

Nice offseason there
Bell is an idiot and the definition of a me first player. No thanks. Plus we have McKinnon and Breida.

Other than that it looks good.
I'd love the 2 picks in Allen and Harry, don't think Bell will be signed, every other signing would be great..nice job..should do a full draft..

Bell changes everything lol. I might not be up to par on Steelers news. But I haven't heard any players say anything bad. He is a top back in the NFL. Should we put a red flag up for a guy who wants to sign a long term contract, that pays his value. There's 3 guys in the NFL at rb, Johnson, gurley, and bell. Getting bell would take our offense to places we haven't seen in years

Dude wants $17 million per yr lol...no thanks. That OL full of top end WRs and a very good QB helped Bell out a ton imo. He's a good RB but no way am I investing that time of cash in that position.
@ Bell signing no way in hell we pay $25 + mill to RB's ...I just can't ...
Honestly hate this offseason. We don't need Bell. Not sure Funchess fits this scheme and no way we are drafting Harry that high.

True true. Went and did a quick mock at the NFL draft game. Take for what it's worth and I know it's a lot of BS but whatever:) It offered me Green Bay's #11 and #31 and their 2nd for our #4 (it hasn't updated yet) and I went and got us this haul:

If I saw steroid face with his flowing locks in a 49er uniform i would have to stab myself in both eyeballs
With Oakland defeating Denver last night that moves us up one slot in the draft. What does that do for us in the draft? Does Arizona have interest in Bosa? Is Bosa really the best pick in the draft or is that the Webzone perspecstive of the best draft pick? I see in your minidraft that you have Burns as your number one pick after trading back to the 11th. Is burns a 3 down player or just a special rusher? Can he play LB with productivity? I see a couple of Wisconsin linemen you have picked. Do we need a Center for this coming year? Is Justice Hill a bigger back that can help us in the Red Zone? Do we need another safety or CB as well?

Is burns a 3 down player or just a special rusher? << supposedly his run defense is suspect but nothing wrong with subbing him in constantly on passing downs. Now some mocks are seeing him go at #3 overall.

I see a couple of Wisconsin linemen you have picked. << Staley's replacement (he said one more year right?) and I think it safe to say we could use an upgrade at guard.

Justice Hill is Matt Breida 2.0 minus the injury bug (hopefully). The corner I selected, Amani, 5th year senior is now being targeted as a 1st round pick. I think he fits our scheme well and will replace Dickies (or Spoon if he doesn't remain consistent) once he leaves.
Haha check out this haul courtesy of a couple trade downs. i'll never happen but talk about talent at skill positions wowza. We'd be set for the next five years. Josh Allen & Zach Allen together = Aldon Smith/Justin Smith. DK Metcalf, provided his neck is 100% is the next Megatron. Devin Bush will be what Reuben Foster was supposed to be for us. And Amani Hooker is a f**king ball hawk. Won't need to trade for Earl the Pearl. Lindstrom will probably start by end of season or in his year 2. Hodge is competent downhill run stopper. Renfrow will make Taylor sweat and Hester would just be icing on the cake if he pans out.
