AB's Early 2019 Offseason Plan

Here's my early offseason plan:

Reserve/Future deals:
WR Max McCaffrey
WR Steven Dunbar Jr.
WR Jordan Smallwood
TE Marcus Lucas
OG Najee Toran
OT Christian DiLauro
DE Ryan Delaire
CB Tarvarus McFadden
FS Terrell Williams Jr.

Tenders:
RB Raheem Mostert - RFA Lowest
OLB Elijah Lee - ERFA $645K
CB Greg Mabin - ERFA $645K

Cap Cuts: Currently have $63M for 2019 in cap space
OT Garry Gilliam - $5.05M saved
DE Cassius Marsh - $4.2M saved
NT Earl Mitchell - $2.95M saved
OLB Dekoda Watson - $1.55M saved

$13.75M saved, minus $1.98M for top 51 rule, means $11.77M in true savings

Free Agency: Roughly $75.237M under before Tenders.

Re-Signings:
RG Mike Person - 3yr, $15M, $3M Fully GTD signing bonus, 2019 base fully GTD, 2020 base GTD for injury, per game RBs, and Workout bonuses each year
LB Mark Nezocha - 1yr, $1M, $100K signing bonus
PK Robbie Gould - 2yr, $5M, $2M Signing Bonus, 2019 base fully GTD
P Bradley Pinion - 3yr, $5M, $1M signing bonus

New Signings:
WR Quincy Enunwa - 5yr, $45M, $9.5M fully GTD
DE Dante Fowler Jr. - 3yr, $30M, $10M fully GTD
SAM LB Anthony Barr - 5yr, $50M, $15M fully GTD
FS Earl Thomas - 3yr, $30M with incentives, $8M fully GTD

2019 NFL Draft:
Rd 1- LEO Rashan Gary, Michigan if no Bosa
Rd 2- CB Michael Jackson, Miami
Rd 3- OT Mitch Hyatt, Clemson
Rd 4- DT Demarcus Christmas, Florida State
Rd 6- SAM CeCe Jefferson, Florida
Rd 6(Comp)- Traded for a 2020 5th Rd pick

Pierre Garcon is kept for now, as no money is GTD, even for injury, but likely a June 1 cut, same for Malcolm Smith, I have to see if he has GTD for injury if so, then June 1 Designation.

We should have about $30M to carryover into 2020.

DeFo gets his 5th yr option picked up, if new deal, I say 6yr, $125M, $60M Fully GTD range(It's not gonna be cheap, but we NEED to keep DeFo, better to lock him up now than play franchise tag when we have Kittle a FA after 2020).

AA gets either a redid deal, like 3yr, $18M ish, he's s solid DE, who has improved his game this season.

Remember this is EARLY. We also need a LS, Colin Holba is signed for 2019, so he could be the guy, as Nelson is suspended the first 6 games of 2019.

53-Man Roster:

QB: Garoppolo, Mullens, Beathard
RB: McKinnon, Breida, Mostert
FB: JUICE
WR: Goodwin, Pettis, Enunwa, Bourne, James, Taylor
TE: Kittle, Celek, Dwelley
OL: Richburg, Staley, McGlinchey, Person, Tomlinson, Hyatt, Magnuson, Coleman, Garnett

DE: Fowler, Gary, AA, Street, Taylor, Blair
DT: DeFo, Day, Jones, Christmas
LB: Barr, Lee, Warner, Nzeocha, Jefferson,
CB: Sherman, Witherspoon, Jackson, Williams, Reed, Moore
S: Thomas, Tartt, Harris, Colbert

ST: Gould, Pinion, Holba

Really don't want Gary or Barr. What does Barr give us some rookie or even Lee isn't giving us now? Just way too much for a player I don't think impacts our team that much.

Gary would be such a redundant pick with Thomas and Blair on the team as well.

Not feeling it sorry :/

I like it all. Only thing I'd change is Josh Allen for gary
Great breakdown.

like the resignings.

Barr and Quincy Enunwa? No way do I want to throw $9 million at Quincy. What is Barr's role...is he gonna play SAM for us? He's basically nonexistent as a pass rusher and I think I'd rather give that cash to a more important position.

I dislike everything about the draft as well. I see Gary as yet another big end, Jackson is more size than actual CB imo, and Hyatt is horrible.

I have no problem with Josh Allen, sack artist, dynamic edge rusher.
I'm not sure Quincy is a #1 or #2 either. Plus, given they can't keep guys healthy, another guy that has had injury issues might be more bad juju.
Nice offseason plan
I like most of ur plan and draft few questions though ...so didnt we just give contract extensions to Garry Gilliam and Cassius Marsh ??? Why cut them ??? I'd rather have WR Williams from tha chargers then Enunwa ...Not a fan of Thomas sry dont want more seachickens here Dick(Richard) is enough ... I'd luv tha Gary pick he just seems to be on a different level of hungry IMO..Also I'd rather see a safety or better SAM LBer instead of a DT in tha 4th round we have so many inside guys already ...yay Mitchell is gone
What happened to Solomon ?
Do you project a 6th rd pick as compensation?
Are we sure that our 7th is lost( swap with kc then conditional for Coleman ?)
AB - do you think we need a big back for the Red Zone and if so where would we get him, in the draft, in FA, or UDFA? Do we need another center? Do we have sufficient DL for the team and just need to concentrate on LBs, DEs, backfield, and a WR?

Marsh and Gary are bacially on one yr deals...their cap space goes up more than their worth in 2019, they can be cut with no dead money easy dump imo.

Thomas is an elite FS who gives a crap if he played for Seattle, dude clearly hates them so he's good in my book.

Barr is your starting SAM (just don't see the pt in going after him based on what the Sam does in this role).
