Jerseys pre-combine mock

Cuts

Goodwin
Jet

8 million saved

Resign/ Franchised/ Restructured/ Extended

Sanders 2 yrs 16 million
Garland 1 yr 2 million
AA Franchised 13 million
Richburg restructured save 5 million
Alexander restructured save 10 million
Jimmy G restructured save 20 million
Kittle Extended 5 yrs 55 million

After all the restructures and cuts niners should have around 60 million, then after all the resigns, franchise rage and extensions they should have around 25 million heading into the draft and free agency

Free agency

Stephen Weatherly 3 yrs 15million
Roy Robertson-Harris 3 yrs 9 million

Replace Day, Blair with younger affordable back ups

Trades

Niners move back from their 1st getting a 2nd and 3rd in return

Niners trade their early 5th and Pettis for a late 3rd

2020 NFL DRAFT

Rd 2 S out of Minnesota Antoine Winfield Jr., a true ball hawk, I feel he is going to be a star.

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=-PLwLj4_azQ

Rd 3 WR out of Baylor Denzel Mims, who wants that speed element ? Well this is the guy who happens to have great size as well, he will open everything up for Deebo, Sanders and Kittle.

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=N1ilIYyfaCY

Rd 3 OL out of Washington Nick Harris, in this spot it's either him or Hennessy, I think both will become legit starters in the league.

Rd 5 CB out of FSU Levonta Taylor, my crush and sleeper at CB, yes he's smaller but he plays big, reminds me of a young Verrett.

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Hp6n2VoHJyc

Rd 6 RB/WR/QB out of Navy Malcolm Perry, this kid is special if used correctly, I think Shanahan would love to get his hands on him

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=hH6i9M2p5oQ

Rd 7 LB out of SC TJ Brunson, great depth and ST guy

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=BVnO6cl_Huk

Rd 7 DT out of MSU Mike Panasuik, this kid is fun to watch, great motor, plays with nothing but blood sweat and tears, he will make an NFL roster wherever he goes.

I would print this out and give it the niners front office. Nice mock draft

Good calls on the free agency signings. Like the idea of taking care of the d line with NFL caliber players as opposed to rolling the dice on the draft.

Would much rather have Cesar Ruiz or Hennessy at C/OG In the third round. Harris showed up at the Senior Bowl under 300 lbs and he got WORKED all week. Hard pass on him.

Great picks late with Perry and Brunson. Nice mock.

In all honestly, it's between the 3 centers you mentioned at that pick, yeah I seen Harris struggle but I still think he will be a good player. But I understand your concerns.
What about extending Buckner??
Jimmy cap number is 6 million in 2020. Can't save 20. Kwon 10? I'm not sure. AA gonna be 17 DE vs 13 DT. Kittle gonna reset TE pay scale. 11 gonna be more like 13-15 IMO. Buckner needs to get paid. That being said tough decisions are ahead. Well mapped out but not 100% realistic just based on things I know for fact off top of my head. Like your draft. Pettis sucks. He sucked when we traded up for him. When we over drafted him. Loaded WR class. Trading team can draft a much better WR into round 4 or 5. Pettis will be cut not traded. Hurd, Taylor, Bourne all better. I'd love to see a realistic route to keeping Kittle, Buck, AA, Ward, Sanders. If someone finds one please let me know. I think Sanders May cost 8-10m and in our offense, run heavy, Kittle 1, Deebo 2, rbs, not sure Sanders is worth that much to us for a 3rd passing option on a running team. Just my $.02, thanks for posting....

Love Winfield Jr and mid late 2nd realistic, Mims in 3rd won't happen if we keep sanders but I like him.

WR Depth
Deebo
Bourne
Hurd
Taylor
? Sanders
? FA
? Draft
Pettis
Goodwin

Ruiz should be long gone by the third. Harris will be good value in this spot...remember that he will not be asked to go heads up 1v1 vs a NT in the NFL like he was when getting dominated at the senior bowl
Love Winfield pick! Guy gets turnovers!
Kwon and richburg already restructured. I've never heard of your FAs?

You think Antoine Winfield Jr can play single-high? Imo I'd rather give Moore the starting gig if we can land one of the two top FS.

Like all the other picks

They have next year for that, or franchise him like Armstead then work on his deal as the cap goes up.

My 2 free agents are young back ups who played for Minnesota ( Weatherly ) and Chicago, they are good players who will be nice rotational players or spot starters, especially Weatherly for Ford if he has leg problems again, and yes I'm positive Winfield can play single high and do it well, I feel Winfield is a Lynch guy who he has his eye on.
Yea cap number for AA seems low and 5 years 55 for Kittle isn't gonna cut it either. I'd keep Blair. Day can kick rocks. Yea Winfield gonna be a beast. We need a ball hawk that goes and attacks the ball

You're right, AAs gag is more, I think I looked up franchise tag number for a DT not DE, and I think that's around what Kittle gets honestly, Blair off the torn ACL is scary but prob cheap so I wouldn't mind resigning him, as for Winfield I agree he's the type of S that flies to the ball and makes huge plays, would've be great in this defense.
