Who should we draft at 31 in no trade down?

This year 31 is even more important then most years 1st rounder. Do we keep Ward, Sanders, Armstead? The answer or prediction of that determines my response. As I go thru scenario after scenario, I come to the conclusion that Sanders or Ward go elsewhere and we take their replacement with our first pick at 31 OR even if we trade down. So my answer or best guess is Mckinney or Reagor. The other variable worth mentioning is how do the 49ers feel about Tavarious Moore? That has to put a price on Ward. It also to me determines if we can leave safety alone or perhaps address depth later in draft. The same could be said about Jalen Hurd who I'm big on and whose injury is somewhat a quiet offseason topic. Thoughts?

Exactly my sentiments Iowa. Ward cannot make any plays whatsoever. If we're going to be playing against great offenses I'd rather have a play making safety that could turn a game around with a turnover rather than a safe player that tackles well. I would rather have Moore back there next season than Ward but this would be a great pic. I would also consider possibly a center that plays guard or vice versa because our interior has been a problem for over a decade. Pass blocking that is

We need speed. I'd take Reagor and resign Sanders. Samuel, Hurd, Reagor, Sanders.
Let Jimmie walk. Trade Armstead for a 2nd and take the best single high safety prospect available to push Moore. Trade next year's 2nd for Darius Slay.

If we're staying put at 31 these are the guys I'd most like to see....the order may change based on what happens in free agency.
Reagor
McKinney
Gladney
Delpit
Cesar Ruiz
Lloyd Cushenberry

No Delpit. His tape frankly is not very good from what I've seen.

Ideally trade down for more at-bats in round 2 and 3, but if we can't for whatever reason then take the best OL or CB available unless by some weird cosmic reason the BPA at our pick is a top 5 overall guy.

Niners are not picking at 31 unless by some miracle they get a bunch of day 2 picks prior to draft day. End of story.

While I think there will be takers, you can't simply elect to trade down unless someone is willing to trade up.
Do you trade out of #31 if someone offers a mid round 2nd rounder and a 4th round pick?
