It would suck not getting 1 of the 3 WRs and ending up with Diggs, while I like him I'm not sold on him, like Reagor ( rather Mims ) , Gallimore, Parkinson and Anchrum picks but honestly I'd still be bummed not getting 1 of the top 3 WRs so I have mixed feelings with this draft. Thanks for your mock Geek.
I'd look to trade down again over taking Diggs personally. Damn you Denver for moving up
Definitely not getting enough from the Ravens to move up that high. I'm with jersey49ers, it would suck not getting one of the top 3 WR. I'm a huge Bama fan so I'm partial to Judy and Ruggs. I've been dreaming of getting Judy since Tua threw him the game winning TD in the BCS and he was a freshman. He has all the tools to be great. Ruggs will be good also, but not on the same level as Judy.

He's actually getting too much back. Looking at the last 3 years worth of draft trades. Right arou d where we sit only gets more compensation if a QB is involved.

For non QBs you're looking at a 3rd plus 4th or 5th. Although NO did give up a future 1st and current 5th for Davenport to move up like 13 spots. Which i would rather the 2nd and 3rd this year as opposed to future 1st and 5th.

I think the best trade down scenario is with MIA. 13 for 26 and their 2 2nds if they indeed do like Love and pass on Tua. And yes I know they have 18 but i like the compensation package better at 26 opposed to 18. While likely staring at similar players of interest.
Nice work! Definitely worse case scenario mock. I would prefer to replace DeFo with Derrick Brown though.
Jacksonville has their best first round ever.
Good mock! I would be pretty happy with that. Although, if that scenario played out with all top receivers off the board and Chaisson sitting there at 13, I would be very tempted to take him. The defense and pass rush started to struggle when Dee Ford went out. I don't know if Ford can be counted on to play an entire season, and I think having Chaisson as Dee Ford insurance this upcoming year, and potentially taking over that spot in future years would be close to ideal. Then we could trade down with 31 to accumulate more picks.
Like what you did to address the defense on all three levels, especially on the d line and in the secondary.

Only thing I would quibble about is the one and only pick on the offensive line. With Person being let go, there has been a lot of talk about the Niners looking to upgrade the offensive line. Don't think a 5th round pick on a guy like Anchrum, who's rated as a 7th round pick or UDFA on Draft Scout.com, is enough.
