My one and only mock this year.
Lynch took a big chance dealing Buckner away, but he got the 13th overall pick for him. I understand why he did it, and when you look at Buckner's production, it makes it even harder to replace him. That's not why he was traded, it has everything to do with money and salary cap management. With that being said, with the 13th pick, the 49ers have a chance to pick one of the blue chip players available in this years draft. You don't trade out of this pick unless you get a crazy offer.
First I'll list who I think are the blue chip players in this years draft, in no particular order:
Joe Burrow
Tua Tagovailoa
Chase Young
Jeff Okudah
Tristan Wirfs
Jedrick Wills
Mekhi Becton
Isaiah Simmons
Derrick Brown
Javon Kinlaw
Jerry Jeudy
Cee Dee Lamb
That's only 12 blue chip players. I believe that at least one non-blue chip player gets drafted in the top 12, and that player is, Justin Herbert. So, if that happens, the 49ers stay put and take one of these blue chip players.
Now, here's how I think the picks go from 1-12:
1. Joe Burrow
2. Chase Young
3. Jeff Okudah
4. Tristan Wirfs
5. Tua Tagovailoa
6. Justin Herbert
7. Derrick Brown
8. Jedrick Wills
9. Isaiah Simmons
10. Mehki Becton
11. Jerry Jeudy
12. Cee Dee Lamb
This leaves one blue chip player left, Javon Kinlaw, and this will be the pick unless another team moves up with a huge trade.
Round 1, 13th pick, 49ers take Javon Kinlaw, DL, 6'5" / 324.
If all the blue chip players are gone, I expect the 49ers to trade out of 13 for a team moving up for Herbert.
Pick 31, 49ers only trade out if a very good trade offer comes along. I expect it will be a team wanting to trade up for Jordan Love, Jalen Hurts, or Jacob Eason, but it's going to take a 2nd and 3rd rounder. Otherwise, stay put and take Cesar Ruiz or Ezra Cleveland.
Indianapolis Colts trade #44&75 (675 points) to the 49ers for #31 (600 points) to draft Jordan Love.
Round 2, 44th pick, 49ers select Ezra Cleveland, OL, 6'6", 311 lbs.
Round 3, 75th pick, 49ers select Cameron Dantzler, DB, 6'2", 188 lbs
Round 5, 156th pick, 49ers select Antonio Gibson, WR, 6'2", 221
Round 5, 176th pick, 49ers select Kenny Willekes, EDGE, 6'3", 264 lbs
Round 6, 210th pick, 49ers select Ben Barch, OL, 6'6", 309 lbs
Round 7, 217th pick, 49ers select John Reid, DB, 5'11", 184 lbs
Round 7, 245th pick, 49ers select Quez Watkins, WR, 6'2" 190 lbs
Kinlaw is not my choice at 13, I really want Ruggs, but I don't think Lynch drafts him.
Well, there it is. Let me know what you think.

I have a feeling that Niners will take an OL at #13. If none fall to them, they'll trade down lower in RD1. Look for them to trade down at #31 to take a DT in RD2 or RD3 (Madubuike, Raekwon Davis or McTelvin Agim).

I really can't stand the fact of drafting another defensive tackle. Especially one that we don't know that's better than what we have

I really want Ruggs or Lamb at 13!
