HBB Offseason Assumptions and Mock

49ers find it hard to win any games and end up with the #10 pick. Packers lose in the playoffs and pick at #25, and are ready to move on from Rodgers. Raiders have minimal cap impact moving on from Carr and/or Mariota.

49ers trade JimmyG to Raiders for their 4th rounder.
Packers trade Aaron Rodgers to 49ers for 1st and 2nd round pick swaps (10 & 42 for 25 & 57). 49ers may add a futue pick.
49ers resign:
Offense: TWilliams, Brunskill, Mullens, Juszczyk
Defense: Givens, KWilliams, Jones, THarris, Verrett, MHarris
Looking at minimal resigns since they need to reserve $$$ for Warner.

Mock:
1st (25) - Joe Tryon, Edge
2nd (57) - Trey Hill, C/OG
4th - Asante Samuel, Slot CB
4th - Ambry Thomas, CB
other picks: 5th, 6th, 6th (comp), 7th, 7th would address depth at other spots.

QB: Rodgers/Mullens
FB/RB: Juszczyk, Mostert, Hasty, Wilson
WR: Samuels, Aiyuk, Hurd, James, Jennings
TE: Kittle, Dwelley, Woerner
OL: Williams, Tomlinson, Richburg, Brunskill, McGlinchey
DL: Bosa, Kinlaw, Jones, Armstead
LB: Greenlaw, Warner, Al-Shaair (Ford)
S: Ward, Moore
CB: Verrett, Moseley (Williams)

The first two picks address Richburg and Ford replacements after 2021, when their contract $$$ are needed for Warner and Tomlinson. There will also be the question about whether to exercise the 5th year option for McGlinchey.

With Rodgers, though, the team is strong enough to get to the SB.

I like the thought process here. I'm sure we can get a 4th for Jimmy but it's probably the Pats if anyone.
If Packers win the SB, though, no way will they trade Rodgers. The ideal for 49ers would be for Packers to lose their first playoff game. If 49ers go on a winning streak, the pick swap probably won't be enough, so a few things have to fall into place to make this happen.
Your assumptions about the Niners going after a veteran QB are fine. Your draft values are way out of whack. The positions you selected are fine, but the players are not.
