Cut: Ford and Richburg (June 1 designation)
Resign: T Williams huge contract; Verrett and Juszczyk moderate contracts, and some more affordable short-term deals (Willis, Bourne, Brunskill, Beathard, M Harris). Also resign these RFAs: Moseley, Dwelley, Wilson.
Round 3 (Saleh comp pick) - Shaka Toney, Edge. Profiles as a designated pass rusher like Dee Ford.
Round 4 - Drake Jackson, IOL. Profiles as a Center only, which does go away from the versatility philosophy, however, he is the bpa at IOL at this point in the draft.
Round 5 - Ambry Thomas, CB
Round 5 (Kwon trade) - T.J. Carter, CB
Round 5 (Sanders comp pick) - Daelin Hayes, Edge. More of a depth player behind Armstead than a pass-rusher.
Round 6 - Demetric Felton, RB. Good pass catcher who could be 3rd down back and kick returner.
Round 7 - Ronnie Bell, WR. Competition for #4/5 WR.
Round 7 - Lorenzo Neal, DT. Depth at NT.
QB: Watson, Beathard
RB: Mostert, Juszczyk, Wilson, Hasty, Felton(R)
WR: Aiyuk, Samuels, Hurd, Bourne, Benjamin, James, Jennings, Bell(R)
TE: Kittle, Dwelley, Woerner
OT: Williams, McGlinchey, Skule, Coleman
C: Brunskill, Jackson(R)
OG: Tomlinson, McKivitz, Brendel
DE: Bosa, Armstead, Willis, Toney(R), Hayes(R)
DT: Kinlaw, Givens, Street, Neal(R)
LB: Warner, Greenlaw, Al-Shaair, Nzeocha
S: Ward, Moore, M Harris, Mayden, Melifonwu
CB: Verrett, Moseley, T Harris, Alexander, Thomas(R), Carter(R)
ST: Gould, Mitch & the long snapper
I'm not listing all practice squad players and I'm not assuming all the rookies make the 53. Overall a very good team if it stays healthy. Interior offensive line is the weak spot but Watson can make plays out of the pocket so that will help.
