FA

Center-Alex Mack 1 year deal
Safety- Keanu Neal
QB AJ McCarron

Draft:

18. Alijah Vera Tucker LG allows Tomlinson to go back to his natural RG position. Tucker also has LT capabilities.

43. traded for Stafford

82. Greg Newsome CB Northwestern. scheme fit and One of my favorite CB's in this draft.

3rd (saleh). Joshua Kaindoh EDGE FSU

3rd (JG trade) Brady Christiansen OT BYU we finally get a real legit swing tackle that also could be seen as McGlinchey insurance.

4th. Tamorrion Terry WR, FSU Bigger faster WR that adds a different dimension assuming he puts it all together. (Jaelon Darden was taken )

5th. Khalil Herbert RB, Va tech PErfect scheme fit and another homerun type of guy. I know Shanny does good with UDFA RB but with Wilson and Mostert constantly banged up i want depth insurance.

5th. Reed Blankenship S Middle Tennessee st. Dude just seems to be all over the field making plays

5th (sanders comp) Keith Taylor CB Washington perfect C3 corner

6th James Empey C BYU groomed behind Mack to be Center of the future. was graded as 2nd best C behind only Ruiz in 2019. 2 BYU OL. (interesting)

7th. Leon O'Neal S TAMU Box Safety that probably could play LB if had to in a pinch.

7th Shaun Holly App st. NCB
Nice trades

I like that you looked at the OL, and that the linemen you pick will fit into outside zone the 49er like to run. If they resign Bourne I'm not sure they will draft a WR. Resigning Trent Williams I think mite be hard to do because he may want 20 mil a year and someone will give it to him. I think the first round pick should be on a Left Tackle, not saying they will do that. They will probably draft a DE or DT.

This is honestly a pretty good offseason. We'd completely revamped the o-line with the hopes that MM at least gets average at pass pro. Stafford would instantly improve our offense, mack would be a rock solid center, and im on board for all the re-signs (though KB is lower on my priorities tbh)

I'd be excited for the season coming up if it came like this.
I think it will take more than 2 2nd round picks to get stafford. Indy will probably offer this years 1st and 2nd next year.
