Gotcha. With the signing of Zach Kerr in FA as our new backup NT, Green would be a great idea in the third round. It would be between him and Meinerz at that point as to who is the better fit. Agree on Meinerz, toss up between him and Green. Fine wirh either.

Where does it say in the draft rulebook that just because their top four quarterback means they have to be drafted by our pic? I personally think the only quarterback worth the top 10 pick is going first. In good quarterback draft the other following three quarterbacks would probably be drafted in the second or third round Imo

If Pitts fell that far awesome...I see about a 10% chance of that happening.

Please for the love of god can we stop spending day 2/3 picks on QB thinking it's gonna solve a two decades long search for that FQB? There's nothing I hate more than spending a mid rd pick on a QB, it's hard enough to hit on a 1st rd pick QB...imo you're basically wasting that pick when drafting a QB outside of the first like 95% of the time. I'd rather pass on QB all together if this was the plan.

I think you went a little overkill at CB...Watching more Samuel Jr. and I dig him, not sure he's worth a top 50 pick though. Joseph is spoon 2.0 for me. Amazing feet fluid athlete, has no real idea how to play the position overall, but it's something to work with on day 3 pick. Dazz Newsome is my secret WR crush. I think he reminds me of Tyler Boyd (maybe a little faster).

I'm assuming Chris Rumph II is a pure 3rd down rusher only?

Guess you and Ezekiel will get your wish. This mock is history with the news of the tradeup.

After seeing Samuel work out, I think you're right. Without a third round pick (.................for now), Joseph goes out the window. Dazz just makes too much sense in the Niners favorite round for draft picks. And yes, Rumph is definitely just a designated pass rusher. He needs to add bulk before he can be expected to do anything else.

Post Trade PFN no trade mock update. Obviously, I would also take Fields if Wilson went 2nd.
