MrCrab 2021 Mock Draft 3.0- Final

This mock draft is post recent signings: Galman, RB, Key, Edge and Hurts DL.

Round/Players

Rd.1 (3) Justin Fields, QB, 6-3, 225, Ohio St.- Accurate, mobile, experience, great attitude, leader and tough- Fields is ready to step in an event Jimmy G get hurts.
Justin Fields is by far the most experience, skills and athletic quarterback between Jones and Lance. However, many experts believe that Jones is the guy. But let's review some facts. Fields has been a 5-star recruit since high school. He is a 2-sport stars, baseball and football but chose football. Fields was in Kyle Shanahan QB camp in 2017. So, Kyle was able to work with Fields since 2017. Lawrence and Fields competed in 2017 high school QB Elite 11 competition, Fields won. John Beck has been coaching Justin Fields and Zach Wilson. But Beck think highly of Fields. Besides physical abilities and accuracy, he has the work ethic, quite leadership, attitude, big games experience, being cool and calm on big games. He is an ideal QB for 49ers and he is the readiest to start now and be successful. It would be an insane mistake for the 49ers to pass on Fields. This is the man! Draft comparison: More athletic and bigger Russell Wilson

Rd.2 (43) (Trade for pick 28th-30) Landon Dickerson, OG/C, 6-6, 326, Alabama- The most gifted Center/Guard in the draft. But ACL value dropped. If he drops to picks 28-30th, 49ers should jump and make the trade. Athletic big man with smooth pass set and movers. Smart but nasty run blocking mover and pass protection. C/G for a long time.

If not Dickerson then try to get Alijah Vera-Tucker, OG/OT, 6-3, 315, 5.17, USC- An Oakland native, a versatile OL, smooth and strong in pass protection and power in run game. Good awareness and can play OT as well Strong against bull rushers and has natural leverage on passing game. Can move and pull. Need reliable RG starter. Versatility provides depth in OL position.

Rd.3 (102) Paulson Adebo, CB, 6-1, 192, 4.42 and 4.51 40-time at Stanford pro-Day, Stanford- Physical DB with ball skills and instincts- Perfect DB to compete with big NFC West WRs- Compare to faster Sherman. Provides depth and future starter

Or Tyson Campbell, CB, 6-1, 193, 4.36, Georgia- Elite speed with size and length. Experience in press coverage and zone. Good tackler and blitzer. Played against SEC's elite WRs.

Rd.4 (117). (Trade baits to move up) If no trade> ShiSmith, WR/KR, 5-10, 186, 4.36 40-time, South Carolina- Quick and fast slot WR. Niners could use a slot to go along with Deebo and Aiyuk. Needs for a reliable slot WR.

Rd.5 (155) (Trade baits to move up) or Shaka Toney, DE/Edge, 6-3, 252, 4.62 40-time, Penn State- Quick first step, good speed, agile and good play recognition- Reminds me of Ahmad Brooks

Rd.5 (172) (Trade baits to move up) -. If no trade >Spencer Brown, OT, 6-8, 321, 4.93 40-time, Northern Iowa- Athletic big man with smooth pass set and movers. Nasty run blocking mover. Another good depth. Good competition for McGlinchey

Rd.5 (180) Grant Stuard, OLB, 6-1, 225, Houston- Energy, hustle and motor tweener OLB. Plays tough and strong. Weakness is undersized. But today's NFL, with coaching could be a special team stud and a nickel LB back up.

Rd.6 (194)- trade baits to move up.

Rd.7 (230)- trade baits to move up.

I'll be happy if the first 3 happens. Please, get Fields! What do you guys think?
Hell no to Landon Dickerson. No more injury plagued prospects. Not to mention, he's not a fit for the zone scheme.

Like the Fields, either CB, Brown, Smith and Toney picks. Would much rather get a Safety, WR, TR or a second CB over a LB.
Trey Lance is welcome as well. No Mac Jones, it's a successful first round and worth the trade!
