Remaining picks depth/ST pieces. Key questions:

QB: Who will backup Lance?
OL: Can Banks or JMoore replace Tomlinson? Will McGlinchey return effectively from injury?
DL: Will Javon Kinlaw be injury-free? Can 49ers resign Key?
DB: Does TMoore or Hufanga replace Tartt? Can rookie Jones effectively replace Williams?

I don't have any major FA signings with 49ers needing the money for Bosa and Deebo.

Wait lose lakin, don't draft an olineman early, and don't sign one? I can't even begin to believe that the Niners wouldn't draft at least a center for the future to learn from Alex Mac. Let alone having a guard that's worth starting at some point this season

Pick 61 and 102 seem like wastes. Talented but as far as improving the team minimal impact.

Agreed. Watson I could accept at 61, but an OT or C/G would be ideal at 102 Niners can get their RB later on day 3.

Your draft is more than solid. I like it a lot and it covers a lot of our needs. However, with the players that you have us losing, I would hope that we could resign Key, as well as add a veteran offensive guard like Cappa, Corbett, or Glowinski.
