Pre-Draft:
Priority is to keep our current strengths a strength by clearing up cap space via restructuring as many long term cornerstones as necessary (Trent Williams, Arik Armstead, etc), and bringing back as many of our important guys as possible.
Internal FA:
Emmanuel Moseley, CB
Jauan Jennings, WR
Kevin Givens, IDL
Charles Omenihu, DL
Azeez Al-Shair, LB
Daniel Brunskill, OL
Taybor Pepper, LS
Jason Poe, OL/FB
Jimmie Ward, S*
External FA:
Javon Hargrave, IDL*
Arden Key, DL
*Up to a certain cost
Trades:
Kyle Jusczcyk, 2023 7, and 2024 compensatory 3 to CLE for 2 2023 5th round picks.
Draft:
R3: Olusegun Oluwatimi, C | Michigan
I prefer Sedrick Van Pran out of Georgia for his superior athleticism, but he is likely off the board. Olusegun is far from lacking in the strength and athleticism department, however, and has the experience and football IQ to be a rare first year starter at the position under Kyle Shannahan.
R3: Darnell Wright, RT | Tennessee
Mike McGlinchey isn't AS bad as 49er Twitter wants to think, but there is no denying that he is by far the weak link on the OL, especially in pass protection. With OL in short supply across the league, he is likely to cost more in free agency to extend than his actual value on the field. Darnell Wright is a massive human with good size-adjusted movement skills and elite play strength. Played excellent versus his toughest competition in Will Anderson (potential 1st overall pick) and BJ Ojulari. Wright reminds me of Abraham Lucas who was an instant starter for Seattle this year as a rookie.
R3: Devon Achane, RB | Texas A&M
I don't care that we're drafting yet another RB in the 3rd round. This one is a proven game changer with added pass catching value. He is small, but without the advanced stats in front of me, he has an absurb number of forced missed tackles thanks to his angle breaking speed and rediculous lateral agility/explosion. He bounces off of arm tackles more than you'd expect as well; he's a tough little runner. For as good as our skill position players are, we are missing elite game speed.
Tyreek Hill: 6.64 60m, 10.19 100m, 20.14 200m
Raheem Mostert: 6.63 60m, 10.28 100m, 20.65 200m
Devon Achane: 6.63 60m, 10.14 100m, 20.20 200m
R5: Keeanu Benton, IDL/NT | Wisconsin
Big body, run stuffing nose tackle. D1 wrestler. Still currently a 2 down player, but has improved each year in his ability to push the pocket and get into the backfield, leaving room for hope that he can develop into a DJ Jones type player vs the pass.
R5: Riley Moss, DB | Iowa
Experienced player with a ton of ball production. Coverage concerns has me moving him to safety where he can keep his eyes on the action and make breaks on the ball.
R5: Laiatu Latu, EDGE | UCLA
The best edge rusher that (understandably) no one is talking about. He was previously forced to medically retired from football, but then transfered schools and was cleared. If he can pass medicals, he has the size, get off, strength, and bend to be a productive pass rush specialist.
R5: Jalen Catalon, S | Arkansas
Another player with injury concerns, I've read rumors that he had thoughts about retiring from football entirely after his most recent season ending injury. If he does decide to continue his career and declare for the draft, the medical history is concerning, but the talent is worth the gamble. It is rare to find this combination of hard hitting safety in run support with high level atleticism and coverage ability.
R5: Brenton Strange, TE | Penn State
This team absolutely needs to free up George Kittle to be more of a consistent factor in the passing game. Brenton Strange is a block-first TE who can take over a lot of Kittle's duties in that department. As a plus athlete at 6'3 250lbs, he can develop into a well rounded TE2.
R6: Hunter Luepke, FB/TE | NDSU
The new Kyle Juszczyk. Pass block, lead block, run, catch, score. Swiss army knife from the FB or TE positions.
R7: Harrison Mevis, PK | Missouri
10 of 13 from 50+, career long of 56, and 100% on xp. It's time to get younger and cheaper at the kicker position. It'll be nice to actually be able to kick the ball out of the endzone on kickoffs.
R7: Derrick Canteen, NCB | GA Southern
Nickel only corner with sticky coverage skills. 6 INT as a freshman. Good Tackler.
UDFA: Tory Horton, WR | Colordo State
One of the most productive deep threats in CFB. 6'1 with deep speed.
Roster:
QB (2): Trey Lance, Brock Purdy
RB (5): Christian McCaffrey, Elijah Mitchell, Devon Achane, Jordan Mason, TDP
FB (1): Jason Poe
OL (8): Trent Williams, Aaron Banks, Olusegun Oluwatimi, Spencer Burford, Darnell Wright, Jaylon Moore, Nick Zakelj, Daniel Brunskill
WR (6): Deebo Samuel, Brandon Aiyuk, Jauan Jennings, Danny Gray, Ray Ray McCloud, Tory Horton
TE (3): George Kittle, Brenton Strange, Hunter Luepke
DL (11): Drake Jackson, Arik Armstead, Javon Hargrave, Nick Bosa, Charles Omenihu, Kevin Givens, Javon Kinlaw, Arden Key, Kalia Davis, Keeanu Benton, Laiatu Latu
LB (5): Fred Warner, Dre Greenlaw, Azeez Al-Shair, Oren Burks, Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles
CB (5): Charvarious Ward, Emmanuel Mosely, Deommodore Lenior, Samuel Womack III, Ambry Thomas (P.Squad: Derrick Canteen)
S (4): Jimmie Ward, Talanoa Hufanga, Riley Moss, Jalen Catalon
LS: Taybor Pepper
P: Mitch Wishnowski
PK: Harrison Mevis

I don't see us trading Juice. I like just about everything else though.

Admittedly, I just had too many draft crushes and not enough draft picks

That is an inspired draft. There's some risk involved with some previously injured players (Catalon and Latu), but the rewards could be huge. Handles all the needs on the lines and at the skill positions (S, CB, and RB/FB) if they trade Juice. Only quibble would be using a draft pick on a kicker, but that isn't a deal breaker. Well played, sir. Well played.

Am I the only one who is questioning the trade of Juice, a 7th rounder this year, and a compensatory 3rd round pick next year for two 5th rounders in 2023. While I think that Juice might be over valued, he is at least worth a 5th rounder. So we would trade a 3rd round and a 7th rounder for a 5th. Doesn't seem to be a good trade for the 9er's.

Amari Cooper was worth a 5th. A 32 year old, 7 million dollar fullback is not, imo. Have to consider also that comp picks are at the end of the round, so it's a late 3rd and a year away.

Dude, best fullback.
