Vai5 mock 2

Washington offer their 2025 1st to move up for there 2024 2nd round. Number 36

36. Kingsley Suamataia. OT BYU

63. Patrick Paul. OT Houston

94. D.J. James. CB Auburn

132. Brandon Coleman. OG TCU

135. Jared Wiley. TE TCU

176. Gabe Hall. DT Baylor

211. Omar Speights. LB LSU

215. Nehemiah Pritchett. CB Auburn

251. Marcellas Dial. CB South Carolina

Move Suamatia to right guard and Paul to right tackle.
This trade is hilarious. I'd trade #31 for their 2025 1st round draft pick straight up without thinking twice about it (they would never do it). That 1st round pick is probably going to be top 10 next year which is way more valuable than this year's 31st pick even if you discount it heavily.

There's no way in a million years a rebuilding team is giving up a 1st round draft pick to move from 36 to 31. That's the equivalent of their 4th round comp pick in value and they won't need a QB if they take one at 2. Who are they moving up for?

Otherwise like the mock. Don't mind trading back to early 2nd if BPA isn't an OL or CB and like Patrick Paul if he's available in 2nd.
No trade draft

Trade is silly. DC is never doing that. I see you changed it

I mean your first two picks might not even play this yr. Maybe Kinsley has a shot at RT. I think 3 OTs is a bit overkill.

overall not a fan, even though I do like Kinsley…just not in the 1st. Don't really like Paul.
I feel very confident when I say that, barring injury, neither Kingsley nor Paul will sniff the field this upcoming season

I am positive Kingsley is way better that Buford and Feliciano and he will start from day one.

Im pretty sure oline is our weakness. So yes oline is a must
Not a fan of your draft. Taking 3 tackles with first 6 picks makes no sense to me especially since they are all projects and unlikely to play in year 1. I do like Bortolini .

Just because they're offensive tackles in college does not mean they will be in the NFL. He is not drafting three NFL tackles in the first six picks.

Yes. I would move suamatia to right guard. His height is perfect for guard. Patrick paul is solid tackle.
Patrick paul
  • Extremely long arms with the ability to land the first strike when his hands are right.
  • Slides quickly down to the B-gap when edge rusher backs out or twists.
  • Hands are active throughout the rep to maintain feel for the rusher.
  • Squares and mirrors initial rush moves, which tends to deaden their momentum.
  • Has the agility and footwork for recoveries at the top of the rush.
  • Slides hips into place post-contact to help seal off kick-out blocks.
  • Swings quickly from one block to the next on climb-up blocks.
