R1 (11) Armand Membou, OT, Missouri --- Measurements better than expected at the combine. Great athlete. Perfect fit for our offense. He takes over the RT from McKivitz, who moves back to the swing tackle position.
R2 (43) Alfred Collins, DT, Texas --- Huge NT that was graded as one of the best run stoppers in college football. We have been missing this archetype in the Wide 9 the last few years.
R3 (75) Bradyn Swinson, DE/OLB, LSU --- Limited starting experience, but an array of pass rush moves. PFF graded him as having one of the highest pass rush win rates in college football last year.
R3 (99) (Comp - Ran Carthon) Andrew Mukuba, S, Texas --- Great fit at FS. Although he is undersized, he's a great athlete, rangy, strong in coverage.
R4 (112) Terrance Ferguson, TE, Oregon --- One of the best athletes amongst the TEs in this class. Good size. Willing blocker, but not much experience blocking in Oregon's offense.
R4 (138) (Comp - Chase Young) Jamaree Caldwell, DL, Oregon --- Another huge space eating NT. Surprisingly athletic and quick for his size. More ability to penetrate and rush the passer than Collins.
R4 (139) (Comp - Sam Darnold) Jacob Parrish, CB, Kansas State --- Good size. Very quick. Ran 4.3 at the combine. Scheme versatile. Strong tackler.
R5 (148) (Via Washingon via New Orleans) RJ Harvey, RB, UCF --- Shifty, patient runner. Great vision and recognition ability. Lacks top end speed.
R6 (189) Nick Martin, LB, Oklahoma State --- Undersized, but very athletic and productive linebacker.
R7 (228) (from Panthers) Joshua Gray, IOL, Oregon State --- Versatile and reliable lineman that has played all over the line and rarely ever misses a snap.
R7 (255) (Comp - Ray Ray McCloud) Teddye Buchanon, LB, California --- Good size, great athlete. Better in coverage than as a run defender.

I like your draft. As much as I hate the Oregon Ducks, I find i am drafting those two along with Bassy a lot.

I like the players and positions, they may go a bit higher than you have projected

You copy my mock? Obviously I like it because similar to mine. The only ones I would nitpick are Caldwell and Collins. They haven't stood out to me.

A lot to like here. Nice mock. Lots of athleticism. Mukuba would be a steal at #99. He's a man.

@gored49, I apologize. I should have called you out in my write up. I didn't mean to copy so many of your picks. We just like a lot of the same players.

You may be right. But I think I have it pretty close. I based a lot of it off of the NFL Mock Draft Database big board, post combine.

Just bs'ing. Wasn't being serious at all. Would be happy if this happened but now thinking d-line is a must for the first pick.

I love Mukuba in the 3rd and Ferfuson in the 4th....Teddye in the late 7th would be a steal!

I don't know why people want to take a starter and make him a backup.
McKivitz is young, dependable, on a good contract and getting better every year. If anything we should extend him.
Using the 11th overall pick on a position we already have a good starter at makes no sense. And Membou doesn't move the needle enough to make an impact.
I like Collins but he offers no pass rush. None. I don't want to use 2.43 on a two down player when we have Evan Anderson to play the same role.
Then you take Caldwell who, while he is explosive, he is not a very good pass rusher. So your two starting tackles would offer zero rush and would not take double teams away from Bosa.
And I don't think Gray lasts to the 7th. 5th or even 4th is my guess.
