Just as long as its not Florida's Tim Tebow. I love his intensity and leadership, but I'm not sure he can be a good pro QB?

There will be a great selection of QB's next year and I don't think we should reach for 1 if we are in the Top-10. Bradford, McCoy, Tebow, Sneed, Clausen, Locker, Hall, Robinson, Pike, Hiller to name a few.

I agree that the Niners should not reach to take a QB. I would like to see what Nate Davis can become but also feel like there will be a QB available late in rd 1 or in rd 2 for the team. I think that McCoy and Tebow are overrated to be honest and would not be happy using a top pick on either of them.

I'm really coming around to Snead. Was high on Bradford, but after watching a bit more of Snead, I'm coming around to him. Has really good pccket awareness and that ability like you see in Ben of escaping. Has a major league arm and a very fast release.
Don't get me wrong, still like Bradford but I think Snead might be a better fit for what we do.
I like this QB class (possible class) a lot, 5 guys I really like could be in it as of now.

Depending on how high our OTHER 1st round pick ends up being, I would be ecstatic if we were able to get Colt McCoy. In my fantasy world, we are able to package Craptree and our (2) 1st rounders to get up high enough to get Sam Bradford. I know that will never happen, but I can dream. Seriously though, we have a great shot at getting McCoy next year. I would be extremely happy to get him in the 10-15 range.

LOL Just amazing some of the posts you read in here. Its not quite as bad as saying that Pat White would be better than Mark Sanchez like some poster I know - but very close.

If I remember correctly, ESPN's Todd McShay has QB Colt McCoy currently projected in 15-30 range of the 1st round in next year's draft.

If you're worried about the jersey being tight, you might need the next size up.

After watching what Bradfords backup did this past weekend, might I say without his All American TE, I'm inclined to think that Bradford may be overrated. Could it be the talent around him?
Of the top tier I think I'd go with Snead.
However, I also would like to see what Nate Davis could do after a year or so in the system. The guy has a good arm, and seems like he has the attributes to be a good starter in the league. Not everyone has to have the same pedigree of having a damn good Pro QB as your father.

Just asking... Would you guys be open to trading for a QB? Say it was Browns QB Brady Quinn?
