I thought it might be fun, or an exercize in masochism, depending on your viewpoint, to see how the next 10 picks after Crabtree are doing so far. Any of you fanatics out there keeping track? Just curious.

Off hand Orakpo is having a great season. He has more sacks than Manny and Parys combined. Maclin and Cushing are doing a good jobs also. Haven't heard anything from Maybin. I can't really recall all of the picks after Crabtree. I'll have to look them up

Yeah Orakpo is having a solid rookie season. He has 5.5 sacks and is on pace for double digit sacks(11).

Playing next to Haynesworth will certainly help your stats.. Look at Vanden Bosh (sp??) he used to get double digit sacks, now he gets almost none.

Thing is most of the time he isn't playing next to Haynesworth he plays OLB in the 4-3. On certain downs he does line up at DE. But your point is true b/c Andre Carter is having a great year also and benefiting heavily from Haynesworth.

None of this really means much after one half of a season.

Great info. Crabtree should start rolling in some stats during second half of season.

yeah, crabbs is behind but he's consistently performing. He's definately not a deep threat....oh well. He's gonna be a great 12.0 - 13.0 yd/ catch guy.
We need those too...

Maybe...but not until the playcalling actually lets us throw the ball.
He could've had his first TD against Chicago if he didn't run with the ball before he caught it.

Detroit should be punished a first round draft choice for selecting Brandon Pettigrew over Michael Oher.
Stupid.....

I was pretty shocked by that at the time as well but it's not like Petti is a scrub either.
But protecting your franchise QB should be first priority. Guess they figured Cherilus could do it himself.

Read Sando's comment that the Niners have 33 draft picks on the team, tied in the league for #1.
