Suh is better, Cody's more like a 2nd round pick. But if he's there in the 2nd and Franklin leaves or whatever I wouldn't exactly say no.

suh is a beast. Cody has the potential to get paid and become lazy and fat.

I'm sure we could grab a bum like Suh later in the draft...

Cody is not even close to being as talented as Suh. He's just bigger.
Suh is top 5 (at worst). Cody could slip into the middle of the 2nd depending on interviews, etc.

I'd take Suh.
But the Niners won't be grabbing either. Our dline has played great, and we have solid depth with McDonald and Balmer.
Lets focus on Eric Berry and Joe Haden.

Agree. DE isn't a position of need. However, if he were to fall to us, we would have to draft him. He's too talented to pass up. It's irrelavant though, he's out of our reach.

Cody is strictly a two-down plug in the middle of the line. Suh won't come off the field...ever.

Suh a 4-3 Dt
Cody 3-4 NT
Suh is still better as a Defensive player, but you can't compare him to a 3-4 NT because they shoot different gaps and they do different jobs.
it's basically like comparing a CB prospect to a LB.
however, suh is still an overall wayyy better defensive player, he has a huge impact on his team's defense. His work ethic couples with great gifted talent makes him one of the top of the top prospect in this draft.
While cody is good, he seems more raw and I project him to be late first round to 2nd
