He'll definitely declare...because of his injury history, there's a good chance he'll last until the 2nd, but probably not for very long.

Heard from a friend at Cal that he wants to be the first person in his family to graduate college, so prolly will go through his senior season.
If he does declare, no way he drops out of the 1st.
