WR - Breshad Perriman UCF

I wouldn't mind moving back and getting him late in the 1st round. He's got all the attributes to be a stud with Kap throwing the ball.
UCF WR Breshad Perriman will not work out at the NFL Combine, according to Gil Brandt.

Perriman is out with an injury and will work out at the school's pro day on march 25. Some have been projecting Perriman in the first-round, and he seems to be impressing more people who watch his tape. The lack of a Combine workout will slow that buzz, however. At least we will get measurements on Perriman's frame on Thursday.

I feel like he could put up similar numbers to Kevin White at his Pro Day

If he puts up decent numbers on his Pro day, Niners might not have a shot at him in mid 2nd round. Probably could have him in lower 1st RD with trade down.

This team does not need a WR high. If Krap can't get it done with the current WRs and TE he just can't get it done. Then we need a new QB.

Baalke is terrible at picking WRs and he will pick the wrong one anyway.

We just lost McDonald and we may lose Justin Smith too. D line is a huge need. We may lose Frank Gore. RB is a big need. We could use more speed there. We may lose Iupati. Making O line a big need.

This team has much bigger needs than WR.

lol... Kap brought us to the cusp of the Super Bowl his first 2 years starting without a legit #1 WR, and people are throwing him under the bus.

It's fans like this that give players like Kap a chip on their shoulder.

You basically want us to stick with our crap WR unit so you can continue to justify your hate for our QB who has won more games than all but 1 or 2 other QB's since he became a starter.

Besides Tom Brady and Russell Wilson (who wasn't even a factor in the Super Bowl he won...), WHAT QB has won a Super Bowl or had great success without being surrounded by ultra talented pass catchers?

The idea of using our 1st round pick to replace Iupati in a horrible year for top G talent instead of addressing a need that's been going on for 10+ years needs no further dismembering.

UCF WR Breshad Perriman had a drop rate of 12.96% in 2014, according to PFF.
That is terrible. The sample size might be smaller than others, as Perriman dropped seven of 54 catchable passes, but PFF has a tendency to side with the receiver on what exactly is "catchable." Perriman would have generated more buzz if he worked out at the Combine and still has a shot at being a late first-round selection, but very poor drop rates tend to carry over to the NFL - at least early on.

Guy is very TO like and I think may go around the same spot that Owens did.

I think that is a good comparison.

Neither was Owens when first drafted.

Perfect world scenario, Cowboy comes back, Dockett signs with Niners, eliminating DL early pick, Niners trade down to the 20's and take Breshad Perriman.
Niners then can go RB (Ajayi) and CB or OL in the 2nd.
If we trade back I hope it's for Strong or Smith, not this guy. Perriman reminds me of last year's Latimer. There's a lot to like, but not likely a #1 WR or a guy that will have an immediate impact. I like him after the 1st round.

Latimer was a much safer pick IMO. Perriman has high boom/bust...which is why we should stay away til low 2nd round at best.

He WAS crazy. He was just barely smart enough to know that no one would put up with his needy, attention-seeking sh!t while the GOAT was around.

I hope my eyes deceive me but looks like a 4.6+ guy to me.
