There's always a top 10 player who falls into the 2nd or 3rd round because of the issues off the field... He might be that player this year... I would love him in the 2nd or 3rd lol

As I am reading more, I say third. We can still get a solid, dependable starter in the 2nd. The third round is where it begins to get sketchy. I figure we will get a couple of great years out of him before he self destructs. Similar to Aldon Smith. If Smith were a 3rd round pick, it would be a home run taking everything into consideration.
In the end, if they f**k up, they f**k themselves. With a talent who can possibly mayure and grow up to chase success, and drops in the draft due to his past transgressions, then i would hope the Niners would snag him at the top of the 2nd if they decide its too risky in the 1st. I think the player loses out more than the team and nowadays yound guys can get the most support and help than ever before if they want it.

I think its a chance the team has to take if hes their top guy.

I look at the debacle of last year with the Niners time after time passing by La'El Collins. Use your last pick to get the SOB, dammit.

And Randy Gregory...

These guys have all the opportunity in the world to grow up and usually they do. Taking a chance on high upside players can work out positively more often than not in my book.
If he's there in the 2nd, take him and get him a full time babysitter like Dez Bryant. The guy is too talented to make it to the 3rd round. I still think he'll be a first round pick so it could be a moot point.

Aldon Smith wasn't a bad pick - even with the suspensions, we got more production out of him than most 1st round picks. It only sucks that we could have had Watt instead.
Crazy if you think he will last to the third. Don't be surprised to see him go to a contender in the late first.

If he's there in the late first and Baalke doesn't make a trade to get him...

Well, my opinion of him won't change at all. He's the guy who went into the last 2 years with Colin can't-read-a-defense Kaepernick as QB the last 2 years. But hey, it'd be nice to be pleasantly surprised. Nkemdiche is a monster.
I still really like this guy. If guys like tunsil Stanley bosa Goff are gone when we're there. I'm down for moving back a few slots and grabbing him and booting another 2nd or more.
Dudes Alabama game tape looks like a highlight tape.

Lol no

DE all the way. If we can't get Wilkerson he's in the mixZ
He's listed at 6'3" 296 and moves like a man a hundred pounds lighter. If he's there grab him.

Even after falling out of a 4th-story hotel room? The dude clearly has problems. I think he's the most dominant player in the entire draft, but he makes DGB from last year look like a safe bet.

Now if they trade down and he's still there, that would be extremely tempting...

Wut. DGB pushed a woman down the stairs and is generally a P.O.S.

NK smoked weed and fell out a window. Not even close to comparable. Terrible comparison.
Robert Nkemdiche is a 49er fan!!! I bet ya'll didn't know that

How do fall out of a 4th story window and not die? Is he one of the x-men?
