Gotta find a QB somewhere, don't think that guy is on the roster and while Goff isn't the most physically impressive, his QB IQ, footwork and the autonomy he had over the Cal offense put him over the vast majority of college QB's in terms of NFL preparedness. He's coming from a spread scheme, but one which allowed him to do many of the things that we expect from NFL QB's.

Randy Gregory was seen by many as a top-10 pick but dropped to the 2nd round due to marijuana issues. Some reporters said few days before the draft that Shane Ray could drop to the 2nd or 3rd round(he ended up as a late 1st) because he was cited for marijuana possession(he also had an injury but I don't think that changed his draft stock too much).

Crazy things have happened before I believe Aaron Lynch was a 1st or 2nd round prospect then he dropped to 5th. I'd love any of those combinations.
