I just don't see likely scenarios where Buckner makes it to 7, barring trades. If Baltimore values Stanley over Buckner (I don't), there's a chance.

But you're right no sense in keep arguing, and trust me I've kept an eye out for more of the top 20 prospects this year including Ramsey who I thought was top 15 at best till the media starting hyping him up as the best DB on the planet. I have Hargreaves rated higher because of better ball skills and then some....
Ramsey is a football player plain and simple...he's like Jack, but he also has the experience playing CB/S.nickle and ILB. He's gonna be good at whatever position you play him at. VH3 dropped a ton for me after his lack luster play this past season (especially against Alabama and Michigan) and I was bummed with his 40. I like VH3 just not as much as Ramsey.
If for some reason Buckner isn't there and we are looking at Stanley or VH3 at 7 I'd rather move down and grab Vernon Butler (who reported we have been talking too) and grab a extra 2nd

I think there's a good chance a trade happens in the top 7 and all it takes is one team to go rouge and draft someone like VH3, Stanley, or Zeke which could very well happen by one of the 6 teams before us or someone trade up for one of them
Tunsil
Goff
Ramsey
Wentz
Jack

Exactly how I see it. I simply can't see any scenario where he falls to us.
Buckner is at the very top of my wishlist with Goff, but I don't think we'll land either.

VH3, I automatically thought of VH1 the music channel.
I just think Ramsey would be a second tier CB in the NFL where as if he stayed at Safety he would be elite. And that's why I think Ramsey is a bit overrated and reminds me of the next Antrell Rolle.
But lack luster season for VH3?? Dude was ranked #2 in coverage by PFF with positives grades all around, 28 PBU's with 10 INT's in 3 season, Hargreaves is a hawk!! IMO he has better hips, ball skills and change of direction than Ramsey, If he was 2 inches taller he would be the talk of the town.
But anyway PFF seems to agree with me about Buckner to Chargers for what it's worth.

Ramsey might not be there which would make it easy for them to choose Buckner. Either way they need two d-lineman this year.

VH1 remember that show lol?
As you would say don't beleive the hype and compared to VH3 past seasons this year he underwhelmed. Regardless we've been so off topic in here lol.
IMO with Ramsey your getting a straight up football player that's gonna be top level at safety, CB inside and out, and he can play some ILB....teams value versatility.
Buckner is a monster and maybe he does go to SD but I bet they think about it good and long if Ramsey is even there.

I really don't see a scenario in which one of the 2 QB's doesn't drop to the 49ers. Buckner, Jack, Tunsil, Ramsey, Bosa all go before the 49ers pick imo. They are each the best at their position type players. If I were to guess the Browns take Goff leaving Wentz to the 49ers. I don't think there will be any trades in the top 7 unless it's within the top 7. After the top 7 there is a noticeable drop in perceived talent/worth.

Titans have an offer for the #1 overall pick, but most likely won't except any offers till draft time or close to it.

Only way we get him is if we move up one spot or someone trades up to 6 for Goff.

Buckner has become my favorite prospect outside of the qbs and Jack. This is looking like the pick for us.
