A Rob brings zero for pass rush and has issues with pad level ... he's all run defense his not a 3-4 DE he's a NT. I love Butler, He also plays a little high and is pretty big for a 3-4 DE (he's like 320 LBs) but he's athletic enough and can play all along the DL. He's also played against inferior competition in a trade down I'd be all for it if we can't get Buckner.

Buckner is just much much more complete there's a reason he's regarded as a top 5 pick and the best 3-4 DE in the draft.

He had 10.5 sacks and 83 tackles which is amazing for a 3-4 DE dude has a crazy motor we'd be lucky to get him

I wouldn't hate it...A Rob and Butler are both getting drafted in the 1st most likely so not sure what you want to do? trade down for one of them. I think Butler brings more of a pass rush and can play inside as well. I'd love a trade down and grabbing him vs A Rob.

We've reportedly talked with Butler so there's that.

i would say the next best D-lineman that can take on a double team and provide pass rush is sheldon rankins. That guy has an insane motor.

Dude is a solid interior DL for sure! But if were talking 3-4 DEs I don't see that with him. I can see that with Butler.
