You want him to be a Bronco
He's got poise and leadership, but I just didn't see that pocket presence and ability to read. I am sure Alabama DL had something to do with that but after seeing Renfrow and Williams, Watson has more help than most QBs. He looked scared to get hit in the first half. Then Renfrow saved him on a few and Williams came back and Watson all of a sudden gained confidence.

His feet didn't help him until that DL started getting tired. It was obvious they got tired because Bama had to blitz more to make up for it. I don't think Watson has it unless things are flowing his way. NFL DL are gonna be like Bamas every week.

No to Watson. He is small jointed like RGIII. like a WR. NFL QBs, the lasting ones, have thick joints.

C'mon man.........

But he was drooling over Goof when he has small frame but a peanut brain

You gotta love it lol

You guys mixing up Joecool with jcool. I understand as it gets confusing but I was never for drafting Goff unless it was 3rd round or something. I liked Dak.

LOL I did... I have to remember that in the future

This above all! He has what can't be taught and rises in the biggest occasions where the other "top" QB'S like Tru and Kizer didn't/couldn't. I'll take that and the rest can be taught

Then they'll get tired too... our oline will keep improving.

The kid can put on weight / get better

See those thick wrists. Skinny ankles, but forearms are thick. And he only lasted 10 years until it caught up to him.

Love Joe but you give me one Joe and I will give you 300 RGIIIs and Joe theismans.

Did you see Tom Brady come out though?

What are you smoking? Alabama has the number two defense in the nation - http://www.espn.com/college-football/statistics/team/_/stat/total/position/defense

Here's DeShaun Watson's stats from tonight: 36/56 passes, 420 yards, 64% completion rate, 3 TD's, O INT's, 145 QB Rating

Anybody would be scared going against Alabam's D. Did you see DeShaun Watson get flipped by Foster on that one play? He still WON! He's a winner and the best quarterback in the draft, hands down.

NFL defenses aren't like Alabama's every week and Watson will have better protection in the NFL. You're crazy to think he's not good.

The icing on the cake with his performance tonight is Garrett is definitely not a no Brainer pick for the Browns anymore. This performance will be talked about, Watsons star will rise and we 49er fans can sit back at #2 and watch the analytical Browns not know what to do. I know I'll be absolutely thrilled with Garrett or Watson.

What's flabby got to do with joints. Brady wrist are almost the size of his elbows. Either way, patriots cheat. f**k them.
Let's hope Browns take Watson and we get our edge rusher. Browns can have 2 RGIIIs.
