I don't know. He'll ace any interview wherever it is. And he'll have plenty of chances to show he can run an NFL offense in the lead up to the draft.
Personally, the fact that this dude (as a junior) was even technically allowed to play in the Senior Bowl is a pretty major accomplishment.

Browns who are picking #1 and #12 and have huge needs at QB. You'd think it would be a perfect opportunity to give Hue Jackson a giant hard on and improve his odds of being drafted.
Unless of course he's smart and doesn't want anything to do with that team.

end of the day no way he drops out of the top 10 I'm telling ya. Browns are gonna have to take him at 1 or trade back up for him.

If Browns are really into Watson, i say we put on the impression that we are too so they would feel compelled to take Watson with their #1 instead of waiting til #12. They get Watson and we get possibly one of the most gifted pass rushers of the decade. BAM!

If we aren't keeping Kap, we better draft Watson at #2.
Even though I would perfer Allan if Garret is gone, we better have a serious plan at the QB position if it isn't Kap.

Watson is far from a sure pick. We'll see how his draft stock is affected by the offseason.
If he really wanted to help him be drafted by Cleveland he would've accepted the senior bowl invite. IMO his biggest assets are his intangibles. What better way to show your potential NFL coaches than to actually get them to coach you?

Or you can rest on the fact that you just beat the best team in college football for the national championship! That was a tough game, the kid probably needs to let his body heal so that he can prepare for the NFL combine.

I think he could've still gone there and not actually played in the game.
OJ Howard played in that game and he accepted his invite iirc.

Bears and Jets might be the only teams aggressive to move to the #1 pick if a trade down scenerio happens. Jets are in love with Trubisky and it might take them to move up to get him! Which would be a blessing for the 49ers if Myles Garrett is at 2

The Browns reached out and asked Clemson QB Deshaun Watson to play in the Senior Bowl but he declined, according to Peter King of The MMQB.
King calls it "a terrific waste of opportunity." This does not eliminate Watson from the Browns consideration at No. 1, the team who would have coached him at the event, nor the Bears at No. 3. We keep bringing up Marcus Mariota declining the event as the most similar case, although it could be argued that Mariota's draft position was more locked in even with so many questioning his game. Watson will focus on the rest of the process instead, and you can be sure that media members will ask NFL personnel about the decision this week.

I mean he's not dumb lol
So this would be the first time a Junior would be invited to the Senior Bowl correct? Why the hell would they want to do that, that would kind make me feel awkward.

He graduated early
Technically still a Junior. But it shows the Browns heavy interest in him or at least that's what its perceived to be.
