Beautiful play for this third TD pass. He is perfect on third down passes today.

First he takes Brady to the limit and today he's blowing out Marriota. This kid is every bit as impressive as I expected him to be.

Rich Gannon just called out the teams that passed on DW4 and talked about how he has changed the culture almost overnight.

Lol at all the people that harped on a frivolous MPH number from the combine.

Yeah, no idea what those people were doing. Really funny when I've seen him effortlessly chuck two different 50 yarders into the endzone already this season.
Just tied the NFL rookie QB record with his 5th TD.

5 TDs tying the all-time rookie QB record. Unbelievable.

Final line:
25/34 passing
283 yards
4 TD
1 INT
4 rushes
24 yards
1 TD
It's hard to describe how comfortable he looks out there, too. Just an otherworldly feel for the game. You could really see the benefit of having Will Fuller out there. Hopefully the Texans continue to improve on the OL and get Duane Brown back soon. They got one starter back today on the OL.

Every year we keep passing on people. Didn't want to move up for wentz or Goff. Didn't want dak. Didn't want Watson or trubisky. Sometimes you just have to say f**k it and roll the dice. Sad.

I have a question for those who have watched him. Does his success come from him landing on a team that had everything except a QB or is he just that good and covering up the deficiencies on that team?

It is very sad. If we had rolled the dice, we probably would have struck gold already.
Instead, we have wasted all our 1st round picks on defense and we have nothing to show for. Is very frustrating.

Absolutely. But the top rated prospects are the top rated for a reason. We keep focusing on the warts that these QBs came in with. Well there aren't any perfect prospects. You gotta roll the dice and hope they develop. Wentz has a game I absolutely love. I wish we had him.

I think it was a great landing spot for him, but I woudn't say the Texans had everything. Their OL has been brutal most of this season, and they're still playing without Duane Brown at LT. This was the first week that Will Fuller played, and he's been the only WR besides Nuk Hopkins to really show anything this season.
No doubt it was a great fit for him, though. He has definitely raised the level of play of the people around him. Football is such an emotional sport, and he's definitely infused that locker room with confidence. Seeing Clowney be the first guy to greet him on the sideline after a TD says a lot about what he has done for the chemistry of the team.

Yeah, I know it's still early but this kid looks like the real deal. He's been very accurate and his decision-making pre and post-snap - while not perfect - has been very good for a rookie.
