Small School prospects/Sleepers

Chris Rowland, WR Tennessee State
A lighting quick WR in the mold of Richie James Jr. Too small to be an every down guy, but electric ability to take it to the house on designed plays.

Drew Wiley, FB Villanova
6'1" 245 lb LB to FB convert running a 4.6 40 and with good ball skills.

Bronson Reichsteiner, FB Kennesaw State
Fast and strong as s**t, dude is jacked, had 35 reps on the bench and runs a sub 4.5. Can block and you can tell he loves it. Son of a pro wrestler (or so I've read) and so instant hit with Kittle and the guys.

Garrett Marino, DL UAB
Undersized with a maxed out frame, not sure where he will fit, and might be exclusively a nickel 3T in an even front. Doubt he can ever tip 300 lbs. However, he is strong as hell (41 reps at proday, 43 if you allow the two where they say he didn't lock out), fast, relatively agile, quick first step, strong and effective hands, and quick to diagnose plays.

Kyle Hinton, OG Washburn
Uber athletic practice squad candidate

Raymond Calais, RB Louisiana-Lafayette
Potential for another Mostert story. Fast and tough little guy.

Kyle Murphy, OG Rhode Island

Thats the son of Big Poppa Pump, AKA Scott Steiner, AKA Scott Rechsteiner.

And yeah you're right, Kittle would probably freaking love this dude.

Rechsteiner, who would likely be considered more of a fullback or H-back mold in the NFL, ran a 4.48-second 40-yard dash outside and into the breeze. His time was better than that of many of the running backs at the combine, including LSU's Clyde Edwards-Helaire (4.6) and Utah's Zack Moss (4.65), and it equaled Georgia's D'Andre Swift.

While Rechsteiner may have tried to step away from strength, he certainly didn't lose any of it, bench-pressing 225 pounds 35 times. The mark was six reps better than any running back at the combine, and it would have been third among all athletes who were invited to Indianapolis.

The only players at the combine to better Rechsteiner's number was Fresno State offensive lineman Netane Muti (44) and Indiana offensive lineman Simon Stepaniak (37).

Of all the players who lifted at the combine, only eight reached more than 30 reps. All were either offensive or defensive linemen.

"Yeah, that's right where we expected (my bench-press reps) to be," Rechsteiner said.

During his senior season at Kennesaw State, Rechsteiner ran for 909 yards and seven touchdowns. He also set a single-game rushing mark with 221 yards on only 10 carries against Missouri State, including a program-best 85-yard touchdown run.

To help prepare for his pro day, Rechsteiner said he worked out with many other draft-eligible athletes, including former Oklahoma and Alabama quarterback Jalen Hurts and players from Clemson.

Rechsteiner said he has had conversations with the Indianapolis Colts and Dallas Cowboys, and he had an interview scheduled with the Jacksonville Jaguars. He was also seen Wednesday having conversations with scouts from the Atlanta Falcons, New Orleans Saints and Washington Redskins.

Actually, he's BPP's nephew. son of Rick Steiner (Dog Faced Gremlin) of the Steiner Bro's
Is there any one that have look at CB Madre Harper (6'2 - 196) Southern Illinois ?
Bumping this thread as we get closer.

I hope we find a way to get ourselves some day 2 or early day 3 picks when it's all said and done.

The guy I would really like us to draft there and his draft position must be really tough to gauge due to his situation but Kenny Robinson is a guy I'd love to see on our roster.

Kind of a unique situation with him getting kicked out of WVU for what sounds like cheating(school) and then going into the XFL where he was playing pretty damn well against competition closest resembling the NFL.

His highlights from WVU. I love the kids size and play style. He's got some long ass arms and makes some crazy plays on the ball but still hits like he's trying to take people's heads off.

I apologize I forgot who brought him to my attention a while back but this kid looks like he could be a legit find. Very interesting to see where he goes with everything going on with him.

120-inch broad jump - T6th
6.87-second 3-cone drill - 1st
4.34-second 20-yard shuttle - 3rd

31 3/8" arms is pretty devastating for an edge. He's not athletic enough to make up for it.
My favorite sleeper in this draft is Reggie Robinson CB Tulsa. 6-1
I'll let you all in on a little secret: Kirk Merritt.
Sleeper pick I really like out of Oklahoma: Parnell Motley.

Eric Crocker has been touting this guy for a while now, and I'm impressed by what I see.

He was very inconsistent early in his career but absolutely stepped up this past year. He had a few game sealing INTs and had 5 FF this season. I'm surprised he didn't get a combine invitation.

Just think everytime he paves the way for a goal line touchdown, he can drop down and do the vintage Scott Steiner push up poses.
