Don't Smeler have the same measurement???

Smelter has 10 pounds on both of them and is faster than both. He said that he believes he would have ran in the 4.4s prior to the injury. cant forget his ginormous 11" hands.

Yup he reminds me of Eric decker with baseball gloves for hands lol.
This dude reminds me off a Keenan Allen type Wr big quick shifty in space. I really liked the way he can move being that big

He is playing well for the Saints
yes he has talent but Drew Brees has a habit of making any WR no matter drafted 1st or undrafted look like an all pro..it much be easy to play WR with Brees throwing the ball so accurate and on time..

lol, that is true. It can be hard to judge a Saints WR.

Thought Thomas was a fringe first rounder. As a biased OSU fan of course

I'd love him in the 2nd, but I think he'll do well at the combine and may crack top 20 when all is said and done.

Yeah I don't see him getting out of the first. One team that could possibly grab him are the Giants. Beckham could use a compliment especially with how injury riddled Victor Cruz has been the last two years.

Good call on his talent. You still around??

Any Michael Thomases in this draft?
No one could have predicted Michael Thomas would be this good in the NFL. One thing you can't teach, though, is competitiveness. Urban Meyer told a story about having having to hold Michael Thomas out of blocking drills in practice because he would go too hard and never let up.

This is that extra thing that I hope Lynch and Shanahan focus in. In Jerry Rice it was running 50 yards in practice after the catch. Originally going out to the hill with Roger Craig (I think). I know Shanahan values the skillset, but we need more players with that dog in them.
