I know this has nothing to do with his play, maybe leadership lmao, but I just turned on an interview of him and couldn't believe the sound of his voice. lmao He sounds hilarious.

One of the most important traits of a QB is leadership skills. Listening to this guy talk, I just can't see players taking this guy seriously. You can have all the talent in the world, but if you're lacking those leadership skills, forget it. This guy didn't have it. I don't care what he's showing on tape

So because of the way his voice sounds, he's not a leader, got it. I wholeheartedly disagree with you guys saying this and find it pretty petty and immature to say the least. I've served with guys back when I was in the military who were English Secondary Language types and were the greatest leaders I've ever been around. Lead by example is the type that I followed, not lead by sound of voice

There is a difference between a second language and a cartoon voice lol
I do agree that it shouldn't affect his leadership if he walks the talk and all that, but if he isn't a great natural leader, lmao then his voice could become a huge joke in the locker room and on the field by the opposing team.
It just shocked me cause I didn't expect it. It was hilarious.

Yeah his voice does sound funny lol. My only point was that it doesn't mean he can't be a leader.

I had a fellow team leader in my platoon who sounded like Larry the Cable Guy, but he knew his stuff and trained the hell out of his guys, and no one cared that he sounded like he couldn't count to purple.
One of my first team leaders played weired techno music in his dorm, laughed like a soprano gremlin, and talked like a zit-popping kid in the AV Club, but he could PT like a machine, so no one said a damn thing. When you put in the work/earn the respect, no one gives a damn what you sound like.

Pro Day coming up on Friday. I fully expect a really good performance that dramatically moves him up the board. This kid loves football, and I bet he is working his tail off to make a huge Pro Day impression.

Yup as of now I expect him to go in the top 25 picks, a crazy performance Friday could elevate him even more, earliest I seen him going in a mock was 13 to Cleveland with their 2nd pick..
