I'm pretty sure he will, needs an amazing Senior bowl week and combine. I think the Bucs and Jets are only teams likely to take him ahead of us.

I'd quite like them too, more chance of Nelson & Roquan Smith, these guys are every down monsters, whereas Landry looks like passing downs only

This is why I prefer Smith. Also, I'd say there is almost no chance the Jets don't draft a QB.
As much as OL is the offseason priority IMO, Landry at #9/#10. In FA, ERs are less to not available.
It's going to be interesting to see how he measures at the combine. I hope 6'3" 250 lbs checks out. His arms always looked a little short to me.

Assuming we strike out in FA for an ER.. Landry still has the key to my heart.

Elvis only has one more year in him, i hope we kill it in FA(4 starters) and we can take another pass rusher like Hubbert or Holland as a SAM/nickle edge.

Remember Marsh is a FA and Harold along with Elvis will be FAs in 2019.

Will be very interested to see his actual measurements.

Landry balled in this game

I've been watching his tapes all week. Man I like this a lot. Him or Nelson, that's who I have my heart set on right now.

Those are the two I really want today, who knows come draft day, but I like Nelson/Landry (in that order) a lot and think 9/10 is a good spot for either.
One prospect whose stock is on the decline is Boston College defensive end Harold Landry. Multiple teams sources told me that Landry belongs on the second day of the draft. They said that his senior-year tape was not impressive. Landry had a big drop in his pass-rush production and had some ugly games in run defense.

Sources say that Landry is smaller than his listed numbers of 6-foot-3, 250-pounds. They say he is an inch or two shorter and weighs in the 240s, which makes him more of a linebacker body type for the NFL. Teams that run a 4-3 defense have concerns about Landry holding up on the edge, as he is very undersized to be a base end. Multiple team sources see Landry as a second-round pick in the 2018 NFL Draft.

Wonder if those multiple team sources have late first round draft picks/early 2nd round draft picks and need a pass rusher.

Everything I've seen is him going in the 20-35 range.
Bruce Irvin 2.0

I really like this kid.

He had a very disappointing senior year. Everyone was ready for this cat to take the next step and dominate and he disappeared far too often instead. I wouldn't be shocked if he takes a tumble, especially if he comes in at like 6'2" and 240 or something like that.

You're not spending a top 10 pick on Bruce Irvin
