Sam Darnold

Yup, I wouldn't be surprised if turns out that way. People are hyping up this QB class waaaaaaaay too much. You've got people hyping things up like the second coming of Dan Marino and Aaron Rodgers is here.

3rd drop already in the 2nd quarter. This one unfortunately turned into a pick 6

Not a single one of these guys is a surefire franchise QB prospect. They all come with significant questions.

By March people will be like:"man f**k this QB class, wait until 2019, those guys are going to be incredible!"

Yeah it's like that every year. And It would be our luck to have a top 1 or 2 pick and not have any legit qb we'd like there again..

Lmao, you can count on it.
Ronald Jones looks like a Shanny RB.

If people are waiting for a luck prospect well there gonna be waiting awhile( and even luck hasn't loved up to his own hype in the NFL)...I think all of these top guys got overhyped, just like everything always does.

I'm looking at a guy like Rosen or Darnold and asking myself if their game translates to the NFL and it most certainly does.

I could see a guy like allen going to zona, Bruce loves that arm talent lol.
Whats with all the hail Marys today?!!

That wasnt a Hail Mary but still quite a play!
Darnold is the real deal...very few college QB's can throw a receiver open. He can and did tonight. The play just before the half ended was spectacular...getting the ball to Jones in the open field was awesome & Jones did the rest.

Lol no, i coach highscool. That was a hail Mary. Remember billy "white shoes" Johnson? Back in 1980 against us he caight a jail Mary pass at he 5 yardline. And forced his way into the endzon. It's even highlighted. In an NFL films documentary about hail Marys. Btw the 9ers started it. It used to be called "alley oop play." Y.A. Titrle would pass it in the end of games R.C. Owens (r.i.p.) and would catch it for t d's.

LMAO.....Just because it went a long distance on the last play of a half doesnt make it a Hail Mary. If thats the case, a check down pass to a back that goes the distance would qualify as a Hail Mary. It doesnt.

And yes I remember the Billy White Shoes play. Bartkowski threw the ball 60 yards in the air towards the end zone and Johnson made a great play. Quite different that a ball thrown in the middle of the field like Darnold did tonight with the receiver running 35 yards after the catch.

You let me know though if you find any reputable sports site calling it a Hail Mary. Now, the Florida win over Tennessee? THAT was a Hail Mary

Last play of the when odds ate against you. Btw when have seen a 3 yard check down and it go 50 plus yards? We'll agree to disagree.
