Better for the draft if he comes out this year. We don't gotta take him

Interesting, they compared his release to R Wilson.

lol perfect!! That was my thoughts from watching the game. Kid has a lot of work to do. He can get away with some of this at the college level (running around throwing off the back foot not squared up, etc) but not in the Pros

I don't think so. He still has an extremely high ceiling. He and Allen are very similar in my opinion as far as ceilings. Extreme arm talent to make any throw. Mobile enough to extend plays. Hard to really compare the "it" factor with Allen cause of the serious lack of talent he has around him but Darnold has proven to have that intangible to win when the pressures on. (I have no idea why it's so hard to recruit players to go live in the a*****e of America)

He doesn't lose games like Kizer did.

Once he get's combed over I feel like this is a possibility. Not as much of a free fall as Kizer, but I feel like you can only keep pushing the issue with his mechanics so far down the road when he's already sitting on 7 INT's already for better (The INT's that bounced off his receivers hands into defenders) or worse (The 'almost' INT's he could legitimately have). If you listen to ESPN you would think he's Luck or Peyton Manning coming out which is far from being the case.

Will be interesting to see Darnold vs the Washington State pass rush, Mata'Afa #50 and Luvu #51

Sam Darnold throws pick No. 8. He threw 9 all of last season. #USCvsWSU
