He can't put any consistency together. He'll have a good half or a good quarter, but he hasn't been able to string them together in a row.

His supporting cast, specifically his offensive line, is much worse than it was last year. Almost their entire offensive line graduated and he was left with a bunch of freshmen and sophomores to protect him. May cause him to stay in school for another year. That is a distinct possibility.

His performance says it all, still think a team will take on his potential and think his issues are fixable. So is this guy coming out still? This reminds me of when Jake Locker came out of Washington, even though he had a horrible year.

Jake Locker came back to Washington for his senior year, played poorly, and hurt his draft position (he was still drafted 8th). He was a 5th year senior and didn't have an option of returning another year.
