Another in a long line of over hyped USC QBs.

Yup! For what was looking like the best QB draft in a long time now looks extremely shaky.
I want them all to come out to push talent down to us, but I think Darnold should return. He needs quite a lot of work, but he does have it. A classic case of someone who needs to sit and learn, but will be forced into playing due to talent. He'd need the right coach

Same here. No need to worry about picking the best rookie qb, then going through growing pains. Having to wait a few years to seriously compete, and that's if it ever happens. Now we get to go right into contention. It's a f**kin dream come true.

After not a single thing going our way from Thanksgiving 2014 to the final day of 2016, it's about time we caught a break.

lol this cat is way overrated. too much hype in fact on all of these QB's in this draft. IMO they all need to stay for another year to work on their skills.

If Giants take him he can sit behind Eli for a year or two.

That would be the perfect scenario for him and make a lot of sense for a team that is ready for a rebuild. I believe the only problem is the NY press--Eli handled it because he is such an unassuming leader who doesn't get rattled. The question is can darnold be the same kind of guy?

He has tools, but he needs the Rodgers/Garoppolo deal - sit a few years and learn. I could see the giants doing that knowing elie could easily play another 2-3 years.

Yeah it just kinda came to mind.. Thats the perfect ideal landing place for him. Eli isnt pushed out... Take the Favre-Rodgers approach.
Rosen definitely doesnt wanna go to the Browns.. Clev probs gonna be forced to trade down with Denver for Rosen.
You cant force a player to play for you... Youre asking for trouble at that point.
