We can possibly have our cake and eat it too if we trade down and get a 2nd round pick that ends up being first round worthy. You cover the risk. I think this dude on 3rd downs will bring it. Just my gut... He sounds like he had some college Clowney in him

What's his off field issues? I seen he took a leave of absence for personal reasons. I can't find where he's been in trouble or drugs or anything?

That's all I need. I want guys who live for this game. We already had Joe a Williams last year...hasn't looked like a great pick and he was a 4th rounder. Don't want to touch a first rounder who bailed on his team. There are clear issues there. If anything I'd rather draft a kid with off the field trouble but on the field commitment and hope they grow out of it like Bowman did.

But a guy with football commitment issues is a giant red flag.

Yah what's with this guy and his character issues? He was once labeled as a Top 10 pick, if he falls outta the 1st round I'd pass on him till the 5th round.

Arden Key: Key took time away from the LSU program in the spring before returning 40 pounds heavier. He then promptly suffered a shoulder injury that cost him the start of the season. Key came back to the field and looked dominant, but he is out again with a knee injury. Rumors from area scouts have persisted all season that Key left the team to attend rehab. His off-field and injury history could push a once-top-10 talent way down the board.
