Without question.

Couldn't agree with you more...Key looks like the kind of pass rusher Saleh really wants. It'd be really cool if he's still on the board in the 2nd rd...I know some teams will likely put him further down their draft boards due to some off the field stuff. How he interviews at the combine may be equally as important as the field drills, measurements, jumps etc. Where do you see him going, Phoenix?
I understand the off the field concerns, but Arden key is really f**kin good. I don't really mind if my number 1 edge rusher might have a few screws loose.

I think you guys should question it a little.

In 2016 they both played auburn. Ogbonnia Had 4 tackles and 1.5 for loss and no sacks. Arden Key had 6 tackles, 1.5 for loss, 1.5 sacks. It's something to consider.Especially if they went up against the same linemen.

Wasn't able to find Ogbonnias tape vs them. Here's Arden's.

Because it worked out so well the last time?

I might be all alone on this but I'd like to see a pause on guys with character or commitment issues. Too many talented prospects with great character and leadership ability out there to keep rolling the dice on guys with various issues.

Funny you say that . Smith had no red flags coming out. While Bowman had plenty of them which is why he dropped in the draft. And we know how that turned out.

According to Alex Marvez of FOX Sports, a report from North Carolina-based scouting service Human Resource Tactics said Smith: "Has some past experience with getting into trouble and is a higher-than-average risk for this sort of behavior in the future."

My mistake. Always thought he was a clean well spoken college athlete.

After this team's track record of the past 6 years, I dont want anyone with character issues or torn ACLs.

Maybe I'm a tad bit traumatized but after their run it feels like there should be almost Biblical level commandments against those.

I feel it . And maybe we shouldn't be taking chances anymore. At the stage where we need some Garçon type reliable pieces to be added. But lynch and Shanny are sneaky reckless. Almost every team didn't wanna touch Foster in the first. And Joe Williams probably wasn't on many teams boards cuz character concerns.

Williams gets in the dog house in his first year. Then Foster does that dumb ass thing he did. Hope they learn from it. If not, it will be a test to see if they let them loose or if they let them slide which would undermine their authority.

However, with a high #1, need to make sure.

And Froster already slipped in his first offseason while Williams had to be redshirted after showing up out of shape and getting passed up by a UDFA.

Those experiences might have them looking a little more closely at character this time around. I certainly hope so.

Yup. Shanny watches game tape and bases everything off that it seems like. And it looks like Lynch didn't wanna step on his toes so he went out and got Shanny the guys he wanted. This year I expect him to be more firm, like he was on saying no to Williams at first.

To be fair on Foster, they did a s**t load of research on him. even sent one of our guys to stay with him for like a week to see how Foster really is. Aside from getting caught with weed, he's been great for us. And has an amazing personality. dude is the heart of the defense.
