I'd be cool with drafting this guy in the first round if we sign a QB.

Look at South Carolina TE Hayden Hurst blocking Bradley Chubb one-on-one:

Of the current big three...Chubb, Key, and Landry, Chubb is my current favorite. Landry from what I see doesn't possess a bevy of pass rush moves. He has quick hand movements and he mostly wins with bend and his ability to dip. The under and over move he does alongside his burst is difficult to manage at the college level but I think he will need to add alot more to his repertoire to be an elite pass rush specialist at the next level. Key is the most athletic of the three. Key will probably be the guy that wows everyone at the combine. If he builds momentum off the Auburn game and finishes strong to the year, it may change my mind... however right now Chubb is the guy that has impressed me the most. I like his takeoff, his ability to win with speed and power. He can use his quickness to shoot the inside gap and he also displays the power to work the tackle into quarterback while maintaining good leverage. In fact that's one thing that makes him so difficult to manage is the ability to transcend speed to power. He will burst off the ball and once in the backfield he has a nice little bullrush. He also displays the ability to stack and shed in the run game which makes him a good two way player.
For a guy his size I think Chubb displays the ability to bend as well. He doesn't possess that elite bend like Landry but in context of his size, he can do it. I like the kid a lot and I think before it's all said and done he'll establish himself as a top ten pick.
This isn't too say that at the moment I don't see Key and Landry as decent football players. I just simply see Chubb right now as the best of the three and the guy that has shown me this season that he can become a star at the next level.

I'm hoping we can somehow pull off something similar to what we did this year, landing two elite prospects (QB and DE if we don't sign a QB). Not likely, but one can always hope.

Jury's still WAY out on that one.

Dude is a baller. I think he goes top ten if he continues playing the way he has. He should have a good day the combine. He checks the boxes physically.
AFC Exec endlessly praises NC State DE Chubb
Albert Breer spoke with one AFC college scouting director who believes NC State's Bradley Chubb would have been in the conversation for the second-best edge rusher in the 2017 class.
"Size. Motor. Competes. Sack production," the executive said of Chubb's game. Athletic testing is (well, should be) a major piece of the puzzle to pass rusher evaluations, but we'd be surprised if Chubb's athleticism holds him back. He boasts bend and length to attack from multiple angles.

Yeah the more I watch of him the more I like him. Where does he fall in line with your current top ten favorite prospects?

I haven't put much thought into the overall landscape of the top ten, but I think Chubb is ER1 right now. He's at the top of my favorite defensive prospects with the likes of Roquan Smith and Harold Landry.

Roquan Smith is an animal. I love watching him. Plays just like Foster did last year. They'd be a great duo to see together on Sundays but with more pressing needs on the roster I doubt Lynch will look his direction. It'd be fun to watch though.

SI's Albert Breer relays the notion that some in the NFL believe NC State's Bradley Chubb could be the top prospect in the 2018 class.
Chubb continues to climb up Breer's poll of the top 10 prospects on scouts' lists. Right now Chubb sits at No. 6 and is the clear top pass rusher. He's only behind Minkah Fitzpatrick in terms of defensive players. Chubb's game against Notre Dame will be studied during the draft process.
Still want to trade down
