Giants will take Chubb at 2. Remove him from the board.

Maybe now that the Bucs traded for JPP they might consider trading back with us if Chubb slides to #7

Exactly. They are in prime position to trade down to a QB needy team and target Landry, Davenport later on in the first or even Chubb if they don't move down a lot.

That's crazy - NYG just signed him to an extension.

I would bet your lunch money that the Giants take Chubb with the number 2 now. No way he falls far enough for us to reach even in a trade. Probably for the best. Let all the QB needy teams fight it out while we either stay put or trade down and get our pass rusher or BPA later.

No this move makes Chubb less likely to even make it to TB imo...it also reduces the chances of Nelson or James making it to us (guard and safety are big TB needs)

Chubb to the 49ers was a pipe dream.

Giants are smart to do that. Chubb is going to be a monster. He has a lot of the same qualities that make Joey Bosa a beast.

idk i wouldnt bet that Giants are looking at Chubb at #2. I still think they go QB. Shurmur is want his own QB and Giants might not be this high in the draft again and this is a pretty stout QB class.
I dont think Chubb's best fit is a 3-4 OLB. He could play it but i think it would be wise to keep him at 4-3 DE.

Didn't know this. If the GIants are indeed moving to a 3-4 I don't think Chubb is going to be on their radar. More Like Landry whose best fit could be pass rushing 3-4 OLB. Chubb is strictly a 4-3 DE.
Giants still go QB if they stay at #2 methinks. Makes too much sense unless they want to pay a king's ransom next year to move up for a QB they like....which makes no sense when they can grab one right now at #2 IF they really like one of them. Chubb falls to 4-7 range.

I think either the Giants go quarterback at 2, or trade down with someone that will. There is going to be too much qb pressure at 2.
